I have it working on google chrome so I know it is installed correctly, but it will not display when loading same page in IE8?

My site doesn’t have cache plugins as you mention on the troubleshoot
I signed up in acobot.com, trained the robot, got the key, inserted into the activated plugin and it doesn’t show anywhere
