Support,

Please let us know if you need any more info.
Thanks.
All the ActiveCampaign WooCommerce Deep Data webhooks yesterday are disabled without any alert in backend or via mail. This morning I reactivated all one by one and now some of these are newly disabled. I’m running v. 2.7.9.
Anyone experiencing this problem?
We’re getting a fatal error in the latest version of your plugin:
Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, class Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Order_Action_Events does not have a method “execute_order_edit_status” in /srv/www/www.website.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:324
Happened when changing the order status (to ‘processing’).
Only way to fix this is to revert back to 2.7.7
Good evening. We are going through our logs and found the plugin as a PHP warning that is getting output to our error log (18 just in the past week). Here is the error >

I replaced our site URL just for safety purposes of our site.
PHP: 8.2.20

Let me know if you need anything else from our end or if you know of a fix for this warning. Thank you!

We have been experiencing ongoing issues with inconsistent order status updates.
We are using Stripe payment gateway as well. The issue is that in some instances the AC plugin sends order status mid way through the order process while order status is still ‘pending’.
Subsequently (within a second or less), Stripe sends charge complete notification which triggers order status change from Processing to Complete, however AC plugin does not send another update through so status in Active Campaign remains ‘pending’.
I see you have a previous ticket on exactly this subject and released v 2.4.1 with a bug fix. We are running v 2.5.0 and this bug remains!
I have checked through the plugin log files and while it’s not clear to me, it looks like, in these situations, one of the steps to fetch the custom ID after adding the order is failing, so subsequent steps are done without a customer ID.
All previous endpoint calls match between failed and successfull orders.
On orders where the contact is not return at this step – there are far fewer ongoing API calls.
eg:
As successfully updated message has the following (much removed for brevity):
024-04-16T10:22:15+00:00 INFO [ActiveCampaign Debug Call] Received response
Context: {
"endpoint": "contacts",
"method": "GET",

"response_body": "{\"scoreValues\":[],\"contacts\":[{\"cdate\":\"2023-09-28T21:15:31-05:00\",\"email\":\"[email protected]\"}]}",
}
Orders that fail to provide further updates look like this in the
N.B. The contact data is not returned…

We’re seeing the below PHP error occurring when using another plugin that also uses the Guzzle library when ActiveCampaign is installed. Upon further troubleshooting, this seems to be the result of the Guzzle library in the ActiveCampaign plugin not being updated to a recent/latest version?
CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function GuzzleHttp\json_encode()
We using this plugin in our woocommerce project.
We found a massive problem:
This plugin send email to AC account, but do not send any double optin email.
– Our account have only one contact list.
– In the contact list we enabled double optin.
– All contacts via AC forms, API and thirdparty forms getting double optin email, but not if contact try to subscribe newsletter via checkout page.
In some projects its working, in some not.
The AC support stuck now many weeks in this problem. We lost 4 AC clients/plans, because the customer cancled their plans based on this issue because they dont wanna “burn” contacts and money by using this plugin/ac.
I hope someone can reply or help here from AC or from other plugin users.

Tommy
Hello
we find out that on our website with woo orders are not synced automaticaly to ActiveCampaing, cron are running every 15 minutes, only what helping is when we start manualy sync of historical orders.
In error log we found this repeating error, that could maybe have some connection with that issue.Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function warning() on null in /home/806486.cloudwaysapps.com/kjtcyzptrw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/admin/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-admin-status.php:254 Stack trace: #0 /home/806486.cloudwaysapps.com/kjtcyzptrw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/admin/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-admin-status.php(65): Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Admin->get_woocommerce_data() #1 /home/806486.cloudwaysapps.com/kjtcyzptrw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/admin/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-admin-status.php(48): Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Admin->get_status_page_data() #2 /home/806486.cloudwaysapps.com/kjtcyzptrw/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Admin->fetch_status_page() #3 /home/806486.cloudwaysapps.com/kjtcyzptrw/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters() #4 /home/806486.cloudwaysapps.com/kjtcyzptrw/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action() #5 /home/806486.cloudwaysapps.com/kjtcyzptrw/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(259): do_action() #6 {main} thrown in /home/806486.cloudwaysapps.com/kjtcyzptrw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/admin/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-admin-status.php on line

We recently updated to PHP 8.1 on our server from PHP 7.4, and our site is crashing on a call to the WP function comment_form() now seemingly due to a bug in the ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce plugin.
This the code in our comments.php template that causes the new fatal error:
comment_form( array(
'class_form' => 'section-inner',
'title_reply_before' => '
',
'title_reply_after' => '
',
'comment_notes_before' => '',
'label_submit' => 'Submit',
'class_submit' => 'btn btn-white',
'id_submit' => 'comment-submit-button',
'name_submit' => 'comment-submit-button',
'submit_button' => ''
) );

WP and all plugins are fully up to date. Is this a known issue with ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce?
Edit: Sorry, this may not actually be related to ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce, it may be related to the regular ActiveCampaign plugin. There was a warning immediately above this error that made me assume it was ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce.

I’m using your plugin and I noticed that the times are managed with UTC, which is not very convenient as I’m in Italy and the times that are returned to me are incorrect (including the times that I display on ActiveCampaign relating to orders placed, cart abandonment, etc…).
Wouldn’t it be possible to adjust the times according to the time zone set in WordPress settings?

I noticed the Store’s order status is not updated when I complete an order. Is stays on processing inside active campaign if we complete the order and we cannot use the order status as een automation because of that.

Hello,
I’ve been experiencing Internal Server Error messages in the admin area for some time now
(The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log).
These occur on all kinds of pages within the webshop. When having the logs viewed, this error message appears there:
PHP Warning: set_time_limit(): Cannot set max execution time limit due to system policy in /customers/8/4/a/…/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/orders/historical/trait-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-historical-utilities.php on line 65
Would like to hear how to resolve this?

So far none of the three threads have received any kind of response and after 4 minor updates we are still unable to update as we receive the same fatal error repeatedly and have to pull backups since your plugin does not store the versions in www.ads-software.com and you cannot roll back to version 2.3.0 otherwise.
Is it really so difficult to give an answer and solution to this issue that we have been dragging since version 2.3.1 until now?
We look forward to a prompt resolution of this issue.
Best regards.

After a recent update, we are seeing the following error:
“Connection Status: Issues Found. The connection URL and your site URL do not match”
Our site has WordPress installed in a subfolder so the site url has the trailing ‘/wp’. However, on the AC side, we are only able to connect using the main domain, without the trailing ‘/wp’.
Trying to revert to the last working version of the plugin breaks the checkout process (with no useful errors logged) since we’ve also updated WP, Woo, etc.
Seems like the plugin should be using the home url for things relative to the REST api, but is instead checking the site url.
Any ideas?
Hi there,
I’m getting this error message. I’ve tried to reset connection, but nothing happen. Any idea how I can fix that ?

Thx,

Hello guys,
You’ve delivered a very nice example on how to automate a birthday campaign.
Ok, but, how to bring the Customer’s birth date from WooCommerce to Active Campaign?
Kind regards,
Renato Prado.
