We have invested hours and hours of work and lost many sales due to this plugin’s last update. It took us a long time to figure out it was this plugin causing the issue. It caused admin-ajax.php to take up to 20 seconds to load, causing the ‘add to cart’ button to load forever. Terrible. No more activecampaign for me. Horribly coded plugins.

We use ActiveCampaign for selling our online courses. The main ways we use it are:
– Create a contact record when user buys / opts in
– Create WordPress account when user buys / opts in
– Send email based on user tag(s)
– Send email campaign based on user activity
Building a campaign workflow is pretty easy once you get the hang of it and the tutorials are good.
Active Campaign is a powerful CRM and a good value. Highly recommend.

Nothing to say for the moment on activecampaign the online solution, on the other hand I installed the plugin for woocommerce as indicated and the major problem.
When ordering on the woocommerce site where I installed the plugin, on the checkout page, when paying for a subscription via the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin, it displays "Internal server error" on the order page. I looked on the internet for how to solve the problem. I arrived on the search results on google that some emailing plugins are causing this problem. I deactivated the activecampaign plugin and the problem was solved. So certainly problem to be solved before future use of the activcampaingn plugin with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

Rien à dire pour l’instant sur activecampaign la solution en ligne, par contre j’ai installé le plugin pour woocommerce comme indiqué et la problème majeur.
Lors des commandes sur le site woocommerce sur lequel j’ai installé le plugin, sur la page checkout, au moment du paiement pour un abonnement via le plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions, cela affiche “Internal server error” sur la page de commande. J’ai regardé sur internet comment résoudre le problème. Je suis arrivé sur les résultats de recherche sur google que certains plugins d’emailing cause ce problème. J’ai désactivé le plugin activecampaign et le problème à été résolu. Donc certainement problème à résoudre avant utilisation future du plugin activcampaingn avec le plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions.

For the last few years this plugin has rarely done what it claims to do. I’ve decided to abandon ActiveCampaign, thanks to their tech support logging in to my site and reactivating a plugin that took my website down before actually providing a fix.
The practices of this company are disgraceful, and their programmer’s competence is below entry-level.

I’ve been asked to do a review for this plugin by ActiveCampaign.
Truth be told: I haven’t used this plugin for a long time, because I use the Deep Data Integration instead, and I also use a paid plugin (ActiveWoo) to pick up the slack that this plugin and Deep Data Integration doesn’t cover.
To me, this plugin is quite basic. But in my business, I needed a plugin that applied Tags for purchased SKUs, Coupons and more, and I also wanted to get ALL customer data entered into WooCommerce sync’d across to my ActiveCampaign app… Address, Phone, custom fields, etc. To me, a CRM (ActiveCampaign) that leaves half the customer data sitting in my shopping cart app (WooCommerce) isn’t doing the full job.
Honestly if the ActiveCampaign development team took a look at what the ActiveWoo plugin does, they’d find the features I’m talking about, and they could consider going for a deeper, more thorough integration between the two platforms.
Like I put in the subject. This plugin is good for free, but could be so much better. Especially since I’m paying for ActiveCampaign.
I still love ActiveCampaign, just not this plugin. ??????

ActiveCampaign continues to amaze me with its ability to play well with others. Connecting Woocommerce with ActiveCampaign is such a powerful partnership. I’m able to automate emails with clients and have the ability to keep them engaged like never before. The reporting is excellent and helps me keep clients up to date with the performance of their campaigns. The support I’ve received from ActiveCampaign has been as good as it gets (thank you Nicole Ortman) and I would recommend them to anyone. Bravo ActiveCampaign!

The AC plugin has helped us to quickly get our cross site tracking linked to our active campaign automations and follow-ups, making proper targeting and sends a breeze. Only takes a minute to install and setup. Also makes for quick web form integration among a few other things. The AC platform is great for making marketing efforts streamlined and easily created or re-used. Certainly a good value for the price.

They are still building out the platform in some areas to make it work a little more intuitively and are great with customer support and training resources. This integration has been really useful in creating automations for customers at every stage in their journey.. i.e. after they take specific actions in my store. I’ve set up automated review requests for people who buy specific products and I was able to schedule discounts offer to people automatically after making their second purchase — this was done to encourage them to come back a 3rd time and create a customer for life. Never had any issues with Active Campaign I am only limited by my own imagination.
