I have been in the IT field for 30 years, I handle many multi sites for my clients and I write my share of code. I do a lot of marketing…. but I never had fast support with perfect results and patients by anyone… except this company! I jump on there chat and “BOOM” I get results… This allows me to look good infront of my own customers.

He offers a 30 day trial, no strings… Most top chat apps chrage a monthly fee… NOT THIS Plugin… I make top money in my industry, and I don’t have time to dick around with problems… This app is worth my time and money.

Initially I had trouble getting ActiveHelper to work due to a configuration error on my end. I had got in contact with the support team and they were fast and got ActiveHelper up and running in no time. Support even continued to help me out when I had questions about setting up custom offline and welcome messages for my translated chats.

The plug-in is user friendly and my client was extremely happy on how easy it was to teach them how to use the software and teach her agents to use the Support Panel to chat with people.

I would definitely recommend this plug-in to anyone that needs the Live Chat function on their website.

We are in the field of air filters for heat recovery systems. A thechnical product with a lot of technical questions from consumers. Activehelper makes it easy to communicatie with customers at any moment they, or we want. Saves a lot of emails to be answered.

I am new in the field of wordpress and plugins so quite a lack of knowledge. The support department from Activehelper is great. I had an issue when we move our site to another environment. Peter helped us with the code and other things so activehelper worked smooth again like it did before. Great service.

At our company we have tested and have in production this plugin. Their support and ease of use of the plugin is great. Two hard things to find in a plugin.
When you require an effective tool and you need support, you have to pay for it, that is business, not everything free is good. Support is NOT free.
We are glad to pay for it. Keep up with the updates and support!

This system is quite reliable for my company customers, not only for the price, but for the functionality and usability. The multiple domains feature with a single license makes the possibility for a company runs differents sites for different services or products. Highly recommended.

This plugin has very nice features. You can know where the users you’re having a chat with come from. It’s also cool to be able to send pictures or links to assist your client better. I’d recommend it for any ecommerce site.

I have tried many live chat without any luck before to try activehelper live chat, this is the best live chat plugin for wordpress.

I haven’t had much opportunity to actually use the ActiveHelper application, as I am a new user still building and launching my site.

But, I made a configuration error (again) in a second ActiveHelper installation with WordPress, and the support was even better than the first time (which was great, too). Five emails exchanged, and the rep even logged into my site, fixed the problem, and my site was asking me if I wanted to chat… all within 5 minutes.

That’s support. No canned back-and-forth comments. Just straightforward help.

this plugin offers 2 ways of using it. One way is to use it as a widget. This way is very easy and you will have a complete live chat system for your website, with a lot of features. By far the best you can get for this price.

The other way is to add some javascript to the site and then you can have a livechat button everywhere you want. I used this way, because i wanted a floating livechat button on my page, which is visible all the time. This was more difficult because there was no tutorial for it. But in the end it worked (with their livehelp) and now I’m happy about this professional solution ?? they will also include a tutorial for this in their new website, which he told me will be launched in 2 weeks or something like that. Conclusion: Installation of the code was a bit difficult, but now i have a livechatsolution on my website which is very powerful and very cheap.

I’ve spent more time fixing and updating and applying fixes from the updates than i have actually used the software. login issues are constantly going on. updates are constantly breaking my config. They just came out with another update, and before i can update to the new version, they sent me an email to follow 12 steps to modify files and the database before i apply the update! I didn’t give it one star because once i’m done jumping through hoops, it does work well, but it’s a hassle to get to that point.
