Great plugin, which evolves quickly and gets even better with every release!

The plugin works as described, providing a full ActivityPub integration from the moment you activate it.
There are a lot of options, some of which require a bit of extra research to understand (I recommend watching the Fediverse Files series on YouTube), but the defaults are solid and in most situations you won’t want to change them.

There isn’t rating scale that I would like to leave here – Max isn’t enough. A wise man’s words are worth their weight in gold. The plugin is designed for all platforms using the ActivityPub protocol, but maybe one day there will be a feature that will allow me to create a comment (toot) in Mastodon from a form on my blog page when WordPress local commenting system is disabled ??

Works as described but provides so much functionality.

The plugin really opens a whole world of opportunities to connect people and their other social media tools with WordPress. I’m really impressed and excited about the progress.
Already using the plugin to Post from my Mastodon Client to my WordPress based blog.

Nice when it works, sadly most of the time it just doesn’t work.

Great plugin to make your WordPress site a node in the fediverse.

I was an early(ish) adopter of the plugin when I first learned of it. I installed it on a couple of self-hosted sites that I wanted to officially federate, and now I am at the point where every site I have has Activitypub installed.

The next great social network is just the Web. This plugin is the most important feature in WordPress. It enables over 40% of the entire Web to directly own their social profiles, relationships with their audiences, and distribution. I look forward to the continued iteration of this plugin. Each release brings new features that lessen the need for creators to have a separate Mastodon account.

Love this plugin. Recent updates with threaded comments and now federated replies are just excellent – keeping the plugin moving in exactly the right direction. It’s reinvigorated my interest in blogging! Hoping that some kind of support for displaying likes and boosts will come in the future, but otherwise it’s getting to feel very complete.

Version 2.0 takes this plugin from “good” to “amazing,” with full reply federation, which means:
1: You post.
2: Someone sees your post on, say, Mastodon, and replies to it, and that reply shows up in your comments on WordPress.
3: You reply to their comment from wordpress…
4: …and they see it back on Mastodon, in their timeline, like any other Mastodon reply.
You can even tag Federation people into discussions in replies, the same way you’d tag in anyone else. (By mentioning them with their full account – @ user @ instance – like you would normally.)
Depending upon what you want out of federated social media, this means WordPress could be your only Federation portal… and you’d be fine.
This is a big deal.

Easy to set up and works like a charm. Have it installed on multiple websites. Thank you!

I received quick and competent help with a problem.

This is very simple solution to get a WP site into the Fediverse. Still a few quirks to it which is why it isn’t a five star review. But this is the future for WP and Fediverse.

This plugin is absolutely fabulous. I had never expected that connecting my WordPress site to the Fediverse would be SO SIMPLE.
However, one thing surprised me. In the settings, the default is that it posts your ‘full content’ of your post to the Fediverse, rather than the more logical 400-character ‘excerpt’
Mastodon users won’t be happy with getting posts of sometimes thousands of characters in their feed. I therefore suggest making ‘excerpt’ the default and people can choose ‘full content’ if they really wish that.

A great feature for wordpress, once they have fixed the bug with webfinger

The indieweb and fediverse communities are doing great work and need to be acknowledged
this plugin works well and the devs are constantly improving it

With this plugin your posts appear automatically on Mastodon.
Replies on Mastodon becomes comments on your post.
Really, it couldn’t be easier.

Was able to subscribe to my WP weblog from Mastodon, post, and then all the replies went back as comments to my weblog post. Just lovely.

I am changing my review because not only has the issue of what to do if your blog is in a subdirectory been solved, but the solution is a tiny simple little snippet of code. This is now within reach for the vast majority. Now that it is working, it works like a dream. Anybody who has to manage multiple social media presences should use this, and even if you just have one, this takes a few steps off your to-do list and will save you lots of time. Definitely install this on your site. BTW, this is also good because you really want to nurture your relationship with federated platforms. If you’re concerned about both free speech for real and fighting the spread of disinformation, federated platforms are the present and the future.? Support this. Spend on this. Seriously.

As a person who believes that federation achieved with ActivityPub or a similar protocol is the future, I think this plugin is a must if you are using WordPress to run a blog. Wish that every single WordPress site starts using this plugin.

My blog appeared promptly on the fediverse. That’s a nice addition to allow people to follow me on their terms.
Rating: 5 stars
I’ve tested it with Mastodon and it allows people to follow my blog via ActivityPub. I do wish that when I reply to comments it would also notify people though.

Experimenting with the Fediverse (Mastodon et al), I found this plugin and it worked nicely. Waiting eagerly for new updates/festures… Keep the good work!

Setup is super easy. Posts show up on the fediverse as intended. Even comments from Mastodon and co. show up below the posts.
