If you have a technical issue, please search the forum prior to opening a new thread. Also, please make sure you have completed the following steps:

• You are using the most up-to-date version of Ad Commander
• Deactivate all plugins and see if this solves your issue. If it solves the problem, please activate one by one until the issue returns. If you believe you have found a plugin conflict, do please still contact us. We will try to resolve plugin conflicts where possible.
• If you have a caching plugin enabled, please purge the cache.
• Edit your wp-config.php and set WP_DEBUG to true. Reload the page and look for any errors that may give insight into the problem.

When submitting a question, please provide the following:

• Describe the issue in detail, including exact steps to reproduce.
• Share info from Site Health (Tools -> Site Health) with us.
• If the issue appears to be a browser issue, please provide the operating system, browser, and versions of both.
