It is the best Ad insertion plugin for WordPress and quite easy to use. But unfortunately, developer has abandoned this plugin. This plugin now needs some refreshment to fix problems caused by latest WordPress software updates.

It was the perfect plugin. Now, it is abandoned.
Old inserts are working, but if you want to edit them, they won’t save.
So, also, if you want to ad a new widget, is not possible: won’t save.
Plus, you can’t edit the one that are still appearing, as they wont save – unless you fill it with the code that had before.
So I guess my alternative now, is using for widgets, the native Text widget from Worpress until I find a similar plugin – but there aren’t much like these, all are focused on Adsense, and I work with other kind of adverts too. Plus, the alternatives don’t even come close to the options Ad Injection has.

My website got totally hacked after one day installed the plugin.
THE PLUGIN HAS A SHELL BACKDOOR WHO GIVE ACCESS TO HACKERS TO ACCESS YOUR FILES AND DATABASE.
MY WEBSITE GOT THE ADMIN AND CONTENT FILES DELETED AND ALSO THE ENTIRE DATABASE.
SO THINK TWICE BEFORE INSTALLING THIS CRAP

The random ads option is bugged. My random ads always show under the same post. That is bad because that post is not on my front page anymore since weeks, but all the random ads will only show up under it and not on any other position.. Not working fine anymore on WordPress 3.9+

I’m sad this is no longer being supported. It was an incredible ad plugin once and since it’s not been updated in a very long time, we have to assume the author is no longer supporting it. Sad when great plugins die.

Ad Injection works so logically and it’s very versatile, but continued development is in doubt, and it doesn’t work against those ad-blocker extensions for most popular browsers these days….

This was the best ads rotator plugin, but now it’s no more compatible with the last version of Supercache plugin and the last update is halted at 2012-8-11.

After a long search and a lot of testing around this is by far the best plugin for advertising. Not only for adsense but for any ads, with rotation, A-B testing and many other setings and functions.
