Provides the functionality it claims to provide, in a fairly lean implementation.
Only problem I noticed was the spinner GIF, as others have noted.

There’s a minor bug though – the “loading” circle is always displayed next to the “Add to menu” button.

Works beautifully in WP 3.5, however in the menu backend the “waiting” gif is constantly visible.
