Hello! I like the plugin and was wondering if you had it out on github? Mostly for users such as myself to contribute to in hopes to add in features and cool stuff.
For example, I would love it if it would store the videos ID ( either youtube or vimeo ) as postmeta. I would also like to see the thumbnail pulled and stored as a overwritable featured image. These are things I would like to help improve.
]]>I am trying to add a video but once I put the URL in and the size the screen changes. The links to the left (add image and add external media) disappear. and then it just stops. I can still click Add To Library but nothing happens.

UPDATE: never mind, i was adding to a image gallery so it was breaking. I checked my library and it was there like 18 times hahah. Works perfectly!
]]>This looks like a very useful plugin. I will definitely have to investigate it further.
Two pre-questions and possibly two-suggestions:
1. Is it possible to set video width to “responsive”?
2. Is it possible to set start / end time on something like a YouTube video?
Suggestions:
I have a YouTube channel which I use on a simple e-learning website. Other teachers can publish content on this website from the front-end. They have access to the Visual Editor and the ‘Add Media’ button.
1. It would be great if the ‘Add external Media’ module was accessible from the front-end. I don’t know if this is currently the case?
2. I have a YouTube channel with useful mini video’s that can be used by teachers. It would be great if it would be possible to supply a quick link to this channel or filter for video’s from this channel inside ‘Add external Media’.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Michael
I was wanting to know if you know a solution on how to use oEmbed thumbnail for your plugin instead of a default I found a plugin able to fetch the thumb, but don’t know how to get it to work with your plugin.
]]>The new media uploader documentation is almost nonexistant and my knowledge of Backbone.js is very limited. I made this plugin by reading Stack Exchange questions, GitHub, other plugins’ code, WordPress Code Trac tickets, blog posts and forum threads. So, if you find a bug or have a problem with the plugin, I might not be able to help you, but I’ll try.
