I’m encountering an issue with my website’s form submission, which used to work perfectly a few
months ago.

Here are the details:

• The token is valid.
• The database connection is established.
• The form fields are correctly defined.

However, when I attempt to send the form, I receive the following error message:
“Votre message n?a pas pu être envoyé à cause d?une erreur. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement.”

Interestingly, if I disable the Airtable add-on for my CF7 form, the submission works without any problems.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hello, I have a multiple select field in my airtable and the options are already there. In CF7 when I add a multiple select field it wants me to manually add my options. Is there a way they can be pulled in from airtable?

I do have an issue with the plugin while sending / submitting the form. Once the form is completed and I Hit submit, I’m getting an error:

If working with airtable maybe it could works with aitable.ai too?

can you send metadata along the form fields? for example i want a date field to be added to airtable and a source field as well, these fields are not part of the form but should be added when submitting the form.

We have an issue with the plugin, the date is not being sent to Airtable, every time we try to test the form we get the error:

Hi. We are using the plugin “Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension” to dynamically show the product title in one of our fields. It successfully submits the form with the correct date and a copy of the submitted form is received by email.
When it comes to mapping the fields, including the dynamic field, from Contact Form 7 to Airtable this dynamic field does not show an option for the Airtable field type. A submission of the form fails to send the Dynamic field to Airtable.

Anything we can do here?

I’m trying to complete my first submission. I have created my token, linked it to the table, and mapped my fields, but no modifications are being made to Airtable. When I submit, an error message pops up saying: “Due to an error, your message could not be sent. Please try again later.”

Things I’m wondering about my configuration that might be the cause:

• I use an additional parameter in my contact form, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference (I tried with and without skip_mail:on but I prefer to skip if possible).
• Not all form fields are mapped since they don’t exist in Airtable, which I don’t need stored.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

When I send photos with contact 7 they do not switch to airtable the table is well connected, but nothing is displayed in airtable.

In contact7 i have :

Hi, I’m trying to display the data being filled out by Conditional Fields Group in cf7.

all the data such Name, address, number, etc are showing to my Airtable, except for the data that are enclosed with [group][/group].

Example:
[group group-201]
[text placeholder "Pet's Name"]
[text placeholder "Type of Animal"]
[/group]

so the data inside are not displaying. Just returns empty to Airtable.

I have a problem with CF7 to Airtable plugin. After installation (WordPress 6.4.2.) I generate TOKEN ID for integration and paste it into installed plugin. I go to forms and I have “Airtable” tab, but there is no database ora tables from Airtable on list and I can’t choose any to mark the fields.

I have installed the multifile plugin for CF7 and I need to be able to send this field to Airtable.

Can you help me with this?

Today I discovered that I am not sending data to Airtable. To test it I created a simple form with two fields and the result is the same – the form is not sent.

If you disable the plugin, the form itself works and emails come to the mailbox

I mapped my field accurately yet now I get a CF7 error message stating that the form cannot be saved. I’ve tried everything short of going to Brevo. Please help.

I have a problem with a field, the name are identical when I map them, it’s a basic text field, but it doesnt work, it is still in the list of unused fields and I can’t even submit the form if I use it. If I map the contact form 7 field with any other text field it works correctly. Any idea ?

Other question, in the Air Table Developer Hub, the API key says that it won’t work anymore after January 2024 and I will have to use a personal token access. Do you plan to update the module in order to make it works with the Personal Token ?

my attachments dont get sent to airtable when a form is submitted. Its a small size picture so size is not the issue

whenever i use the form-tag hidden to hide a field it does its job on the form but doesnt allow me to input the correct field name and type on the integration page. I want to automatically have a field filled out with my default value when a form is submitted but dont want the form user to see it.
