using the shortcode how could I translate “Load more…”?

This plugin seems to be abandoned. Even as a PAID user, I’ve contacted support twice in the past two weeks and not received a response

I am trying to add the shortcode to a widget, but instead of seeing the videos from the channel I see the shortcode itself.
I try to embed a video and I can see it perfectly, and I also try with another channel which is being use in other page and I do not see it neither.
What should I do to make this work?

After inserting the shortcode on a page, my channel header is shown so I know it is connected. However, it only displays the text “Getting Videos”. I waited a long time and no videos are ever displayed.
