Can I ask the autor to design a botton for the zone of the crop?

It would be really handy to allow the user to decide if the new image size should be added to the blog options in the media window.

It is often the case that some of these additional images sizes are for feature panels or backgrounds that are not required in the list to insert into post.

Having an option to control this would allow for a neater list of available sizes to the user whilst fulfilling a requirement to have additional ones available to the site design.

Would you please consider putting add_image_size( ) to use in your plugin? I like using your plugin, but this seems like a more standardized way to add image sizes and thusly will make it work better with other plugins.

I’m getting the error above (in the title) every time I try to resize the images… It worked effecientlly even with the error the first time I tried to run the resize feature… but any additional attempts at resizing are producing this error.

“error_getting_dimensions: Could not calculate resized image dimensions”

I can’t use the feature as such. Disappointing as it seemed to work SEAMLESSLY the first attempt

When testing themes with WP_DEBUG on this plugin is giving a deprecation notice regarding user capabilities.

Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead.

I love this plugin and it would be great if this issue and the “generating errors” problem were fixed. I’m happy to help but thought I would mention it here in case Walter is still maintaining this plugin.

I edited plugin code and added support for localization. Also translated into Ukrainian language.

When I try to regenerate additional sizes, I get the error:
error_getting_dimensions:: Could not calculate resized image dimensions
I have been looking through the code a bit and it seems to not be the plugin itself that generates the error but wp’s image_resize(). Will post if come up with a solution… gd is installed and the blog behaves well in other respects, so I don’t think it’s my environment, but one never knows… Just thought I’d alert it here..
