So.. i haven’t had any luck with support from this plugin so far as no one ever replied to the bugs found and/or posts ive made in this forum. But i thought id give it a final chance to see if anyone still cares before moving to another.
A new “bug” that i noticed is its incompatibility with multi-currency plugins. I tried multiple and i realized that they cannot change the option prices set by the option builder. E.g. when using yaycommerce multi-currency the main price of the product does translate to the correct rates of the selected currency but the option prices by the option plugin remain the same.
Is there a way to fix this issue?

The problem is that when i select “show options price” so the customers know how much the options adds, in the page it shows “+30€” instead of displaying “+30%” since i have selected percentage increase and not fixed price.

So far for my case this is indeed the most powerful options plugin. But yesterday i noticed a “bug”.
In product archives, customers can add to cart items immediately by pressing the “Add to cart” button under the item. Which leads to them purchasing an item that options were never selected even if they were required!
This shouldn’t be the case if the product has options created from this plugin.
Products in product archive that have variations are showing a “Select options” button instead of “Add to Cart” and lead the customer in the corresponding product page to select the options there and then add to cart.
If i use variations the desired result is there and i think the same should be for when required options from the rednao plugin exist in a product.
Is this possible, or is it indeed a bug?

I’m trying to find out the following info:
— How are the image options stored and managed? In the WP default gallery, tied to a specific product, or stored in the plugin settings itself?
— Can the images for the Image Picker be used globally? (i.e. not tied to a certain product and reusable across all products)
— Is there anyway to allow the images for the Image Picker to appear via lightbox instead of statically visible? I have quite a few image options and am looking for a clean way to display all the options.

If I use the styling options (color, bold, ….) there is no effect on layout

Hello, we keep getting critical errors while editing products in woocommerce admin. The critical error shows in the admin when selecting the side tab in Product Data, and selecting any of thee below:
Advanced Production Options, Swatches,, WooThumbs, and Get more options.
The error is actually generated on load of the admin page, you just only see the error in the UI when you select one of those options.
After this, we receive the email notification of an error that was experienced. The error is always within the integration of your plugin, working with the PolyLangTranslator. And you can also see these errors within the error log.

I could replicate this on V 1.2.129 and 1.2.130. I did not test others. We are currently running on latest WP v6.6. All plugins are kept up to date each week. We have the latest Polylang plugin installed, v3.6.3

Una vez se modifica el estado del pedido desde la administración a procesado (por ejemplo), los email que se envía al usuario y la vista de pedido, se ve con el precio original y no con el descuento aplicado.

Hi there, great plugin but I have a quick question. If I add a product that uses some options from this plugin to the basket the tax rates are not shown. If I add just a regular simple product the tax rate is shown. Is this a known problem?
]]>I have set up a selection of colour swatches. If someone selects a particular swatch, I want a text field to appear. I can get it working with other selectors (e.g. checkbox or radio) but not with the colour swatches.
It looks like the options in the swatch are not stored in a way the condition will be able to select it, like it does with the other option fields. Is there a way to make this happen?

seem that there is a little bug : In a product, whan I choose the Color swatcher item, when I want to change the styles of the image items, nothing changes. And when I go in the settings tab, I can see the CCS styles. But one of the style has the good CCS styles choosen, but the class is .rnImagePickerItem instead of .rnColorSwatcherItem. When I manually change the class, it works.
