Hey this is a great plugin! I was looking for something for my site that looked way better than all the other typical paypal pay buttons and such. This did the trick. The one question I have, is how do I change the name of the item from “Camera” to something else?

Your plugin is perfect, but its missing one thing. I would like to see Entries without Paypal if I have not enabled Paypal within my form. I will have to create many forms, some with and some without paypal – would it be possible to add them ?
