I see great value in your plugin. Seems to work well on the customer side. A notification is shown when there is a message from admin to customer (in message area)
Is there a setting so the admin can see a reply or message back? Other then clicking on each order to see if there is a reply, some type of notification icon would be ideal.

]]>I just purchased and installed the OrderConvo plugin and add-ons. However, after installing, activating and inputting the API codes, I do not see the messenger field added as a column on the Orders page.?I have activated the live chat feature but do not see it listed anywhere, nor the area to input the pusher details to get it to work.

when you sent a message by clicking the arrow icon the input line text is not initialized to empty string, it contains the already sent message. It causes mistakes, the same message is sent more and more times.
It happens on front (customer) and on back office (admin).
The issue does not happens if you sent the message using the keyboard, pressing ENTER key.
In PRO version 9.0 there is also a similar issue with the file thumb: after you sent the message the file thumb remain in the same position and the customer send the same file more then one time. This happens by clicking arrow icon but also by press the ENTER key or

The message label on the user account page is displayed, but the page cannot be opened when the message label is clicked, and the problem of being unable to connect will be displayed. Is it because of the free version?

]]>I’m using WC vendors and i’m after a plugin that will allow vendors and customers to chat based on the order.
OrderConvo sounds perfect for what I need but I notice WC Vendors is not confirmed in the list of compatable marketplaces. I had a quick play earlier and couldn’t see anywhere from the vendors side to receive messages or send any. But customer side looked great.
WC Vendors recommends better messages and JSTalk but looks like these are user based, rather than order based.
Is there a way to get orderConvo to work with WC Vendors? If not, does anyone know of anything similar that’s compatible?

Uploading jpeg does not have anything happening, uploading other files like PNG or PDF an error code comes out. Error#-601: File extension error.

I am using this plugin with the taskhive theme from hive press.
My issue is that there is no way to tell which user sent the message. The name on top of the message displays the buyers name regardless of if the vendor or the buyer typed it. Also, is there a way to make the messages the user sends show on one side of the message box and the messages they receive show on the other side. This way they can easily identify which messages they sent and which ones they received much like text messaging on a phone.
PS… I do have every premium plugin for woocommerce you sell. I purchased them all for this website.

.zip files are corrupted when I save them from Admin back office or from email message. They contains some additional blank rows on the top of the file, stripping them the zip file is good.
Note that the original .zip files in /uploads/order_files/ folder are good (without any blank rows on the top).

Is it possible chat conversation has a special permalink (Instead of showing on my account order).
– When a buyer opens their purchase history and starts a chat with a vendor, it is saved or show in the chat page (Not my account page).
– In chat page, buyers can see a list of chats with other vendors where buyers have purchased products.
– Chat with vendors can be arranged for orders (Processing, Completed and custom)
I think this plugin will be perfect. And I’m ready to buy if it comes to the pro version
