Hello, thanks for your plugin. I love the idea. However, when I create a new menu item and click ADD, no menu item is created.

I see the message Inserted Successfully (Please reload to check changes) but nothing is added to the admin menu itself and no items are present on the WordPress Admin Menu Listing page.
