I am using your development, I find it super, but I have found these observations, for example I cannot hide the duplicator plugin from the menu

Avevo un problema di gestione degli accessi ai calendari di prenotazione appuntamenti che richiedevano l’accesso come amministratore ma questo voleva ire lasciare agli utenti non esperti la possibilità di modificare una serie di opzioni che rischiavano di rendere instabile il progetto realizzato.
Con questo Plug-in sembra che sia riuscito a risolvere il problema.
Ora lo testerò ancora per un mesetto e poi se tutto va come sembra sarò felice di contribuire al suo sviluppo con una donazione.
Per il momento posso solo ringraziare il Team che ha realizzato il prodotto.

I migrated a site between hosts and did the wp-config.php update for the database. To complicate things, I changed the domain name, too. The site ran OK, but when I went to use the WP editor the Admin Bar at the top of the editor had some links from the old domain. I didn’t try to find out where those values were saved. Instead, I tried the plugin, and it saved me big time. There were around 10 different references to the old domain on that top bar (wp-admin-bar), and I was able to update all of them, and even save the changes. I had to log out of WordPress and back in but all of the links are updated to the new domain, including the profile-related ones in the upper right hand corner. In short, it works, and saved me a ton of time. I’m going to donate now. So happy. Thanks!!

As I checked it works for many menu items, but it can’t hide the Customize item menu, so I prefer my to doing it with custom coding, with less lines of codes.
Here is what I use to hide the customize menu item

WordPress has come a long way. The backend is great. BUT: if you have installed a couple of plugins that add their own (sub-)menues to the backend, how are you going to present the backend to unexperienced users that should only do some editing or add some media files?
Adminimize to the rescue!
With this uber-useful plugin you can re-design the menues to only show what the users of different groups really need. And what makes it really useful is: you can save and restore your settings, and thus also transfer them to a different website. No need to go through the very long list of options agin, from scratch.
Thank you very much to Frank Bültge for writing and maintaining this most indispensable plugin!
Especially for updating Adminimize lately after approx. 2 years so it doesn’t get lost among all those other plugins that nobody maintains any more.

This is one of the best plugin I ever used.
It is very simple and easy to understand.
I tested in WP 5.0 and worked like a charm.
I would like to have an earlier update since the latest one is from more than a year.
I hope developer can update it in order to run smooth with the latest WP version
