I’ve noticed an issue with the add_to_cart
event in my WordPress setup. My cart uses AJAX, and the event is not triggered immediately. The item is only recognized as added to the cart after refreshing the page or navigating to a different page.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Is there a setting or modification that I need to apply to ensure the add_to_cart
event is captured immediately with AJAX?
Hi,
I removed the AWCA (conflict issue) but the code snippet (<!– Google Analytics Code Snippet By AWCA –>) is still in the code. How can i remove it completely please ?
thx !
]]>Hello. I’ve noticed your plugin throwing JS issues on the website backend. For example on the plugins page:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).tooltip is not a function
https://mydomain.com.au/wp-content/plugins/advance-wc-analytics/assests/js/awca.js:39
jQuery 13
awca.js:39:27
https://mydomain.com.au/wp-content/plugins/advance-wc-analytics/assests/js/awca.js:39
jQuery 13
I can’t then run updates on the updates page properly because the plugin JS error is interrupting the process. If i disable your plugin i can run updates.
Could you make sure JS files that aren’t needed, on the plugins page for example, are not loaded? That would solve the plugins issue quickly.
Dear all, WooCommerce Google Analytics integrations throws a JavaScript error in the client browser (Chrome). There is no minification plugin active. This is the error message:
main.js?ver=50c6d17d67ef40d67991:1 Uncaught TypeError: window[o] is not a function
at main.js?ver=50c6d17d67ef40d67991:1:4265

at HTMLDocument.C (main.js?ver=50c6d17d67ef40d67991:1:6932)
This is the problematic code:
const t = function({events: t, tracker_function_name: o}) {
return function(n) {
const c = e[n];
if (“function” != typeof c)
throw new Error(Event ${n} is not supported.
);
return function(e) {
const r = c(e);
t.includes(n) && r && window[o](“event”, n, r)
}
}
}(window.ga4w.settings);
How to fix this error without patching the plugin’s JavaScript code?
]]>Yesterday I found that Google Analytics has not recorded any EU or UK visitors to my UK website since 1st April 2024. This is because my website was not setting the consent variables.
var consentParameters = { 'ad_personalization': 'granted', 'ad_storage': 'granted', 'ad_user_data': 'granted', 'analytics_storage': 'granted' };
gtag('consent', 'update', consentParameters);
I am keen to fix this issue and also get the enhanced analytics provided by your product. I am now sadly familiar with Google’s consent architecture.
I realise that this is a nasty issue and I thank you for writing this plugin. It seems that your WooCommerce competitor has failed to adapt to this consent issue so you have an opportunity to gain on them.
]]>Hi
I am facing issue with the plugin. The plugin require authentication every time when i connect it and try to revisit the page again.
Due to this reason the conversions are also not captured in the google analytics.
How to fix this ?
]]>Hi, we are testing this plugin.
We have activated the plugin, just confirming we don’t need to both download the file and upload if we have already ‘activated’ the plugin through the Add Plugin section? Or do you need to do both?
Also, we turned off the Woocomm Google Analytics plugin, the revenue/purchases stopped showing up in GA4 for some reason with that plugin, we are hoping this new plugin will fix that. Any concerns we should have migrating from that plugin to this one?
Thanks
]]>Installed the plugin and upgraded to a free trial. But now we are getting a spike in “Unassigned” traffic, and it looks like it is coming from Organic Search and Email. Is this your plugin?
Also, “view_item_list” stopped working. Documentation for the plugin unfortunately is very shallow.
Hello. How can I exclude tracking for admin or logged in users?

]]>Dear all,
Just bought your product and it’s emitting more events than standard Woocommerce Analytics plugin. Still on my 1st day but well done!
Just notice executing an PageSpeed Insights test some issues on Accessibility tests:
1. the logo image used for the GDPR banner does not include an “alt” attribute, which lowers your rating on PageSpeed. The default alt caption from the WP Media Library should be included.
2. Also, there’s an audit not passing regarding contrast between button colors. As they are not configurable, no solution on the user side.
Also, regarding SEO:
3. I’ve also notice a failed audit regarding no meta description, despite having one defined. Not sure why, because the HTML includes it, but when the plugin is active this audit fails.
All them are high penalties on PageSpeed rating.
Please, can you prioritise them?
Thanks!
]]>Hello, i’ve just found about your plugin.
Even with installed and set i could not found any dashboard of analytic data, is that provided within WP plugins’ page or the collected data should be accessed via Google Analytics only?
]]>HI Guys
Is there a way to ALSO connect GA4 to the plugin? Now i have UA configurated but i would like to track both during the time of transition.
Thanks.

I use GA for that right now but would be great if all that can be tracked via your plug-in.
]]>Hi,
I just came across your plug-in as looking for an alternative to the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plug-in.
Can you tell me if your plug-in is loading many scripts on front end pages (not just the Google tags) which might affect page speed scores?
I will try your free plugin the hopefully if all good buy the premium, but your info on this before I test would be appreciated.
Thanks
]]>Hi there,
I am using Cartflow for part of my checkout’s. They also offer a GA integration, but not sure how this wil interact with yours. See a cartflow check out here [ redundant link removed ]
Is yours offering Cartflow analytics? or only the custom Woocomm checkout?
Orders come trough, but the user steps (adding payment etc.) are not.
thanks in advance.

Hi,
The plugin is not tracking add to cart events. It is tracking “all sessions”, “sessions with product views”, “sessions with checkout” and “sessions with transactions”, but not “sessions with add to cart”.
Can you help me? Great plugin so far, I will suggest if this thing works.
]]>Hi
I noticed 1-2 days ago that your website doesn’t work except for the main page. Getting error 404 while trying click on contact or my page.

]]>Hi guys, bought your plugin a couple of days ago and i wondered how to install it in a multisite. I am playing right now around with a test setup.
Do i need several licenses for a multisite?
Do i only need to activate it in the network or do i activate it singled?
Are there specific settings to consider, hence in a test with your free plugin i got the a warning site url doesn’t match google tracked url or so.
Best wishes
