I would like to disable the “Ready for Pickup” email notification for orders made via invoice. For all other payment methods, the email should remain active. I couldn’t find the options in the plugin settings to achieve this.
Could you please provide a code snippet for the functions.php file to implement this change?
Thank you!

]]>Hi! When I go to edit the emails, the editor works – but on the order details I get a crash notice from WordPress (HTTP500 Internal Server error).
I thought this was because there were no orders in the system – so I added two but the error still persists.

hi, I am just able to add one single pickup time range for each day. eg: Monday 10:00-13:00, I would need to have: Monday 10:00-13:00 and 14:00 – 18:00. How is that possible with the free version?
thx, Georg

We are loving this app however all administrators are unable to see the actions column where they can click the black box as marked order ready for picked up. Can you please help with this? Thank you.
]]>Hello,
I did submit a ticket on the Zorem site a few hours ago but as I am short on time I thought I would ask here as well. I love the Advanced Local Pickup plugin and I did pay for the PRO version but I am having an issue. Whenever I choose a COD option at checkout I get an error. The exact error is “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”. If I look on the backend I do see the order is actually in there but in a “Pending Payment” status even though on the front end it did not appear to complete. I am not sure what to do but it seems to me that it has something to do with the payment status. Please help.
]]>Hello,
How do you add pickup date & time to checkout?
Also, is it possible to set number of prep days for certain products or categories?

]]>So we are using WooCommerce, Advanced Local Pickup and ShopMagic to send out mails.
We use AdvancedLocalPickup to send out mails to the store owners of the chosen store location. Until a few weeks ago, everything worked fine but somehow Advanced Local Pickup stopped sending out email notifications to the store owners as well as picking up new orders in the fulfillment table.
WooCommerce and ShopMagic still do fine sending out mails and picking up orders but ALP seems to stop working.
We updated ALP to the newest version but its still not working. Can someone help me with this issue?
]]>I have the Local Pickup option under Shipping zones on. The ALP drop down shows up on the cart page. however, the calendar to pick a certain day will not click. The notice “Cart is updated” and the page goes to the top. Nothing shows up in the Checkout page underneath Local Pick Up.
I am using Woocommerce block based checkout. I am wondering if that is not the issue.

]]>Hi
We had a site where the chosen pickup location was not shown any longer in the backend. The site switched to Woo HPOS a while ago and now I wonder wether that could be the reason. Are there any experiences with HPOS? I turned the site back to the old posts mechanism, but there has not been an order with local pickup yet, so I can not tell whether it was the reason…

If I try to change the pickup hours, when I save the change all times disappear. Can someone please help?
]]>Hi! There used to be a very visible button in the Actions tab on the woocommerce orders page next to every local pickup order. If you clicked it I think it changed the order to ready for pickup (I’m not 100% sure since we don’t use that function). But the visible, colored indicator that this was a pickup order was very useful for distinguishing the pickup orders at a glance. Unfortunately now it’s gone. We didn’t change anything in the settings. Any idea what could have happened? Thanks!

]]>It looks like all those links and images I have added to the email body are not displayed. This email looks like a plain text email.
I am always using HTML and inline CSS to style all transactional emails (the default WooCommerce emails and also emails from other plugins, even from your plugins for shipping) and that works with all other emails, except with this one.
Could you please take a look at this and fix it in the next update?

I am considering using your store pick up plug in and just wanting to know something about it.
I need a plug in that will allow some products to be available for pick up only and all other products to be available for either shipping or pick up.
Is this possible with your plug in?
Thanks in advance
