I have “Advanced Page Manager” and “Duplicate Post” installed. When I display my pages, there is no link to duplicate a page.
Where is this control?
I need assistance troubleshooting an issue with URLs not updating to reflect parent/child changes.
When I move a page or create a new page as a child page, the URL isn’t updated to reflect the parent/child relationship. So if I move or create a page under a page titled “Info/Resources” the file path should be “/info-resouces/new-page” but instead it is “/new-page/”. This is how the URL/permalink is displayed when editing the page and this is how the URL renders when the page resolves.

]]>I am adding a new page and have a minor issue. The add button is too far down and I cannot click on it (MsEdge). If I do the same thing in firefox, it just barely fits, and so I have to do it there.
I can use the mouse wheel to make everything on the page smaller. That works.
But, to me, the Add window needs to be Top Aligned instead of bottom. That should resolve the issue with no page resizing required
]]>When viewing the “ALL PAGES” page, I get a 404 error when I click on the “VIEW” link for each page listed.
The URL for the view link isn’t the actual URL, instead its the page number.
For example:
https://www.(domain).com/?p=17863
I want that page to be the homepage of our site. But it is not showing in the list of pages. Even the pages created after installing the plugin are also not showing up.
I am using Divi Theme. Please help. I need this ASAP please!

1: The bar at the top is reporting that I have 9 offline pages. I click on offline, then I see that there are no pages there. However, it is showing

Guess its not a real problem, still, it may require a little clean up.
2: Last night, I wanted to publish everything, so I clicked the select all box and did the bulk publish thing. That was at least 8 hours ago. I got up this morning and the spinner was still ticking away. I tried a few times, same, so I refreshed the pages. I have 180+ pages.
So then I published them a few at a time. That worked. So it at least seems that something needs to be looked at for sizing issues. I am putting up pages a-z. I am only up to the F’s. So, doing them all at one shot is preferable.
3: This process showed me one more thing. Can a box be added to select an item and all subs to it. Since I cant do them all, it would be nice to select a higher level item and do it and sub pages.

With custom permalink setting:
/%category%/%postname%/
APM sets the Permalink of one page to:
/de/deutsch/blog/
Where /deutsch is a mother page and /blog is a child, i.e. adds the tree to the postname.
As easy to understand in my example, I use Advanced Page Manager to organize my multilingual content. Therefore in general I don’t want to have the “tree” as part of my permalink / url, i.e. this should be:
/de/blog
in my mentioned example.
Anyone any idea how to achieve this?

Solution: on /wp-admin/admin.php?page=w3tc_objectcache uncheck “Enable caching for wp-admin requests”. Slugs are working correctly again.
The checkbox label says “Enabling this option will increase wp-admin performance, but may cause side-effects”. I suggest, the Advanced Page Manager’s authors may have a look into that ??

When using this plugin I suddenly noticed that the “Move to trash” link in the page editing screen missing.
When I deactivated the plugin, this link came back.
Does the plugin remove the “Move to trash” link in page editing screen?
If so, why???? The plugin is then removing standard and helpful default WP functionality, and I dont think it has any right to do that.

The Advanced Page Manager plugin removes the link to and hence being able to view this page. This is a HUGELY unacceptable feature. I am not sure why you would do this, but please change the plugin. Let it have its own link under Pages

]]>Hi if I click “Add new” button next to a page title, then the Add New dialog box opens to the left of the tree.
I can only see the following items in this box:
Selected page
Title
Template
Position
After
Before
Subpage
Number
I do not see anything after Number and I assume there is a eg Save button at the bottom of this dialog box.
I tried to scroll the tree up and down but the dialog box does not move with the tree – it is fixed to the screen edge. The WP admin menu also does move up and down with the tree.
Hence I cannot use it the Add new dialog box – there is no way for me to create and save a new page.
Maybe a solution is to have this box scroll up and down with the tree?
Also since this plugin takes over the default Pages WP pages, I cannot click on a link to use the default WP page admin page, so there is no way at all for me to add a page….
Hence I have to deactivate the plugin to add a page….
I would highly recommend that the plugin does not replace the standard Pages admin link, but instead adds an additional one…
]]>While attempting to move some pages, I lost internet connection. After reconnecting, now the page list won’t load for ‘All’.
If I disable the plugin, the pages will display, but with the plugin enabled, I just get an endless “Working” notification.
Following an earlier post with a similar issue I looked at the Network (ctrl+shift+i) and I’m seeing the following error(site name removed)…

]]>Looks like I found a good reason to no longer use this plugin. I use Optimize Press and since both OP and APM require using their plugin to create a new page, there is a conflict. I can’t create an OP page through APM. And APM won’t allow me to create a page outside of APM. Any thoughts on this or is this correct?

When I deactivate Advanced Page Manager and then go to edit pages. No pages appear in wp-admin/pages. It’s empty. The Add page button appears. If I reactivate the plug the pages appear.

I see that pages that are marked [trash] show up in with the rest of the pages. This is from the main screen when you click on Pages from teh left menu bar. Is there a way to only see regular pages, without the ones that are in trash?

Now I want the column to be sortable. Can you please give an example for how to use the hooks apm_custom_sql_orderby and apm_custom_sql_join? I’m not sure how to use it.
Maybe you can add an example on ‘Other Notes’ if other users with less experience want to know how the filters works as well.

Trying your plugin I noticed the Trash link on the Pages section disappeared, and deleted pages behave strangely:
– Deleting a page with APM enabled makes the page disappear.
– Disabling APM, the Trash link reappears with the deleted page there.
– Enabling APM again makes the deleted page reappear at the Offline list (like a Draft?).
– Yet if you delete an additional page with APM still enabled, it won’t go to that list, it just disappears like the first one.
This is really, really unnatural. Is this the default behaviour or is there something wrong with the plugin?
BTW, I’m using WP 4.5-RC1.
