Hi,

The pages with affiliate ids are loading extremely slow vs they load normally without affiliate link/id.

You can check visually by attached URL, the page takes time to load with affiliate id, when I visit the same page normally it loads much faster. (we are on managed host and using wp-rocket and perfmatters)

Any directions on how we can resolve this?

We are currently using the Affiliates Manager plugin to manage our affiliate system across two sites:

• Affiliate site: https://affiliate.rnbgroup.com.pk — where affiliates register and are managed.
• Main site: https://rnbgroup.com.pk — where customer registrations and interactions occur.

Our primary goal is to have a system that allows for accurate tracking of commissions when users register on the main site, based on their initial referral from the affiliate site.Problem Details

1. Expected Behavior:
   • We anticipate that when a user arrives at the main site through an affiliate link (e.g., from affiliate.rnbgroup.com.pk), their registration on the main site should trigger a commission to be awarded to the corresponding affiliate.
   • This tracking should be seamless and managed entirely within the affiliate site, ensuring that all data remains centralized for reporting purposes.
2. Current Behavior:
   • However, it appears that the Affiliates Manager plugin does not currently register commissions for user registrations on the main site. This limitation prevents us from effectively managing our affiliate program as intended, similar to issues we faced with a previous plugin.

Desired Outcome

We need assistance to ensure that:

1. User registrations on the main site are tracked as referrals from the affiliate site and generate appropriate commissions for affiliates.

After using the affiliate link with wpam_id=2 the cookie is set. Each website visit I can see in the account of the affiliate, so that is working. But when I start an order, the concept order in the admin I think I must already see that the order is linked to the affiliate. So I don’t see in the concept order the origin field linkt to the affiliate (origin = ‘Unknown’ and later ‘Direct’). But I don’t know I origin must be filled.

Also done a test complete test order, and no link to the affiliate.

I also enabled logging in your extension, but I don’t see any logging from Plugin.php class. I see the woocommerce actions defined there in this class from where the cookie is checked and used.

I have also installed https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/affiliates-manager-woocommerce-subscription-integration/, but I don’t know if I need it.

J’ai installé Affliates Manager et je l’ai configuré. J’ai enregistré des affiliés et le Tracking des clics marche plut?t bien. Mais lorsque les clients payent par les liens affiliés, aucune commission n’est créditée sur le compte de l’affilié concerné. J’ai fait plusieurs test qui se sont soldés par des échecs.

J’ai donc acheté l’Addons “Affiliates Manager WooCommerce Product Specific Commission” pensant résoudre le problème. J’ai configuré un de mes produits. Et j’ai testé à nouveau sans succès.

I use a black background with white letters in my store and the affiliate sections of the plugin’s control panel show a white background and white letters, so it is not usable.

I have tried to change the styles by adding additional css but the plugin’s style is inherited from the theme and if I make any changes I destroy the style of my website.

When editing one of the automated emails, it is now updating all of them instead of just the one I want to edit. Commission earned, welcome to etc. now all have the same automated email message. How do I get them to not edit all the automated messages and only just the one I want to edit.

We have set the duration of cookies to 7 days. A website visitor clicked on the affiliate link of Affiliate 1 and purchased a product. The affiliate commission was correctly credited to the Affiliate 1 account.

The same website visitor visited the website after 7 days (after cookies duration expired) without clicking on an affiliate link and purchased a product. A commission was again credited to Affiliate 1. This should not happened since the visitor not clicked on an affiliate link and purchased after the cookies duration expired.

To sum up, our problem is that commission was credited to an Affiliate, without the client click on the affiliate link and after the cookies expired.

Please advice how this issue can be solved.

I got Accept Stripe Payments Plugin, Stripe Payments Subscriptions, Stripe Payments Integration addon, and Affiliate Manager Plugin installed and active.

Made test purchases using the affiliate link. The visits are attributed to the affiliate but the purchases are not.

I turned on the debug mode, but the logs/index.html is blank.

Does this work with Stripe Payments ?

I was very surprised that you are generating the Terms and Conditions automatically and customyzed for the client and login and registration page, great! But translating the text from english to italian, I made some mistake probably and I cutted out soem text probably. Is there a way to read the complete text?
Another question: when the terms and conditiosn page is generated? Is there something that make it to update? For example I saw that if I change the payout then it not change into the agreement, but it already appears like my last custom payout… how it works exactly the customization of the terms and conditions?

Is it possible to upload or to generate invoices/receipts for the withdrawal requests of the affiliates? Any suggestions about it?

hello, please l need help to remove logout link on affiliate dashboard or if I can change the logout link slug because it causes leaking my admin login page to the affiliate members including the site users, (e.g) my admin login page is example.com/changet5vf/ then the affiliate logout link is example.com/changet5vf/Login/ now anyone that remove the word “Login” and reload the page example.com/changet5vf/ in their browser can access my admin login page. Is thi plugin GDPR compliant? For example what about the the IP tracking and the cookies tracking data management?

My website is in Italy for italian clients, and to not stress about the cookies and GDPR, I would like at least to start to disable the usage of the cookies, how to do that? or any suggestions about the settings of the cookies in sinergy with the GDPR laws?

Scenario #1:

In case of incorrect entry (email, password, or both), the visitor is redirected to https://www.somepage.com/wp-login.php

Why? The correct behavior would be for the visitor to stay on the same affiliate login page (Affiliates Manager plugin). Nothing more and nothing less. Possibly to redden the border of the field. Maybe with a short notice: Wrong entry, try again. Or something like that.

Note: I do NOT have registration enabled on my website! This is my setup:

Dashboard > Settings > General
Membership: [ ] Anyone can register (disabled)

A little clarification: I use a membership plugin that uses its own registration/login page. Also, I do NOT have WooCommerce registration enabled, Guest checkout is enabled. From all the above, I have no need and do not want to use the WordPress form for registration/login. Affiliates Manager enforces it. Completely wrong.

Scenario #2 (disastrous):

I hid / renamed wp-login.php with the help of “WPS Hide Login” plugin. (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wps-hide-login/). When the hacker tries to go to wp-login.php, the message is displayed: Oops! That page can’t be found (404). The plugin works perfectly.

The behavior of the Affiliates Manager plugin is unwanted and undesirable. It somehow bypasses the hidden/renamed login page and sends the visitor to the real wp-login.php page with the WordPress login form. That’s not normal. It’s like inviting hackers to a website.

In addition, jumping from one form to another does not inspire confidence even in visitors / users of the affiliate program.

Question:

Can you edit this the right way? See how they solved it in other affiliate plugins. Or at least to start with making Affiliates Manager compatible with WPS Hide Login. I don’t expect this to happen tomorrow but at least try to work on it. This is an important matter.

Why Gravatar in the Affiliates Manager plugin?

This is not a question of plugin functionality but of aesthetics. As far as the user is concerned this is the thing that slows down the website. I as a user do not want Gravatar on my website. With the help of the Simple Local Avatars plugin, I successfully got rid of it.

Why not leave the user an option? Show Gravatar or not, in options. Better yet, why not do away with Gravatar. That is a thing of the past. You can set a thumbnail that will be pulled from the Affiliates Manager plugin. That’s a much better solution.

Meanwhile, how to get rid of Gravatar in Affiliates Manager plugin? Code snippets for functions.php file?

Thank you for creating this fabulous plugin! I’m testing the features of the free version before upgrading with the woocommerce add on. My site’s language is Dutch (Formal) but the translations are not showing up. I get a warning in Loco Translate that the Domain Path is registered by the plugin author as “/languages” and WordPress says that the Primary Text Domain is “affiliates-manager”. Could this be causing the translations not to be loaded and showing up as they should?

Hello, please I have a question, I used woocommerce plugin for users login, I understand that affiliate manager plugin comes with its own login form, please which of the affiliate manager page link will I add on the menu so that when logged members click the link they will see their affiliate dashboard, which means no need to use the affiliate manager follow-come login form in order to access the affiliate dashboard or how will I configure these please?, I have installed auto create account for woocommerce shoppers add-on.

Commission amounts are not rounded to 2 decimals. In the code there is a round($amount, 2) function, but that is not working.

After changing the function to number_format($amount, 2) it is returning 2 decimals
