The referral person provides a card with a code for 10% discount to the other people. Then those people do some purchase on my website and enter this code in a relative field. When the purchase is completed, the referral person gets some points/money to its account (created on my website in a special section)

Can the following setting be done with your plugin?

Three levels:

1. Customer
2. A lead partner who attracts other partners and for this should also receive a percentage. Accordingly, it creates a partner code below him (3)
3. A partner who has direct contact with the customer and gives him a discount code
   Now I’ll explain how I think it have to work works.

• The customer shops for BGN 100, has a discount code, for example VIBE10, which gives him a 10% discount.
• Vibe partner takes 5%
• Leading partner takes 5% again, However, after deducting 10% of the customer.

Is it possible to do this with your plugin?

Here is my other question that I need answered before deciding to use this plugin:

Does this plugin work with WC Marketplace (WCMp)?
I am wondering if it will work because WCMp creates sub-orders (for each vendor) for each order. I want to make sure that this plugin won’t show the commission twice for the affiliate (once for the order and once for the sub-order).

So for example if I have an order of $100 for 2 vendors ($50 each) and I give 10% commission for my affiliate, I want to make sure that the plugin will show $10 as commission and not $20.

Can you confirm that this will work correctly in the current version of the plugin?

This seems like a very useful plugin that will meet my needs (and when my business grows I can move to the paid version). However, I need to understand a couple of things. I will make 2 separate posts since they are very different questions.
Here is the first one:

When talking about the commission that I will give to the affiliates, what exactly do you mean by “net sales”? Does this include shipping and taxes?
If yes, is there any way I can configure the plugin (even with hooks or filters) so that shipping and taxes are NOT included in the calculation of the commission?

I have an affiliate set up and their link is:

Can I change that link to be this instead:

If so, how do I do that? I would like to have it automatically use the /shop link for any new affiliates that sign up also.
Is that possible? With the free version?

I have activated Affiliates WooCommerce Integration Light and I am trying to set the Referral Rate in the settings. When I hit the save button, the referral rate reverts to 0. Am I making something wrong? Anybody can help me what might be the issue?

I want to know if your plugin also consider situations if a buyer that bought using an affiliate link ask for refund later. If he is refunded, does the plugin register it and cancel the commission to the affiliate?

I’m interested in purchasing this plugin, up to three websites. I understand that the Enterprise version will allow me to have two tiers or more, with an AUTO PAY. The auto pay is an important feature. I need a trackable code assigned to each distributor and a dashboard for them to monitor and track their downline.

In my shop, when affiliates register, the user type of the new user is “Subscriber” (which is the default setting in the WordPress general settings). There is an option “Affiliate” in the list of user types, how can I get it so that when affiliates register they get he right user type?

If the product is paid with a coupon, the affiliate can not see anywhere that the coupon so I do not understand why it has a lower amount has been used.

I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to add users who can then upload their items to my site (like ebay/amazon). I then want to charge them either a listing fee or take a % cut of their final sale. So, it’s not that I am selling and will give an affiliate a commission for the sales lead.

I have 2 questions.

1. Using the light version, is there a way to edit the title of the email that goes out to new affiliates? Currently, the email title says “WordPress” and I would prefer it to say my business name.

2. When someone applies to become an affiliate they are automatically approved. Is there a way to make them wait till I approve them?
