I am testing this plugin, looks great.

I am not being able to create a referral. I got the link, I am accessing in a “private mode” window, it register the visit and click, so all good. But I’ve configured to create a referral on user registration (users on the webiste that I am building will pay a subscription on their registration – using Formidable Forms and Stripe to register the user in WordPress), but the referral is not being registered at all.

You should avoid using SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_aff_hits; to create a unique string for hashing, like you’re doing in the affiliates_record_hit function. Using mt_rand() (or something similar) should be enough.

If the table gets large, the SQL query can become really slow. Check out this example from the MySQL slow query log:

In my case, it takes over a second every single time.

I am allowing users to register on my website in a custom-made sign-up form. This sign-up form uses Ajax to create and sign up the users. I found that the plugin does not work with the Ajax sign-up.

When I looked in the files, I saw the file lib/core/class-affiliates-users-registration.php. On line 78, there is an if statement checking is_admin() and then checks a filter called “affiliates_user_registration_on_admin”. If is_admin() is true and “affiliates_user_registration_on_admin” is not allowed, it returns.

Since I could not find where to change the filter’s value, I tried to comment it, and then registering using my Ajax sign-up form worked and the Affiliates plugin counted the registration. But it counted it twice.

So my question is, does the plugin allows Ajax registration?

I tried creating new affiliates by Registration form. The new affiliates are indeed created and showing on both places: Under User list as well Manage Affiliates. However during registration, there is a message:

No email received. I checked on the spam folder as well.

Hi team, thanks always for the good plugins. Just wondering if theres any plan to integrate with Forminator form. I know that theres already integration with Formidable, Ninja form and Contact 7, however some things i only could achieve with Forminator for now.

We have an affiliate who sends a lot of traffic to our website. We can see the traffic in the plugin dashboard but non of the purchase is registered as a referrals.

I have tried running a $0 order using the affiliate link. Same issue.

Any idea what may be wrong?

I would like to add an affiliate program to my website to reach more people. I have a working booking site that, after people book their tour, lands on a thank you page. I would like to have the transaction recorded. I have no clue where to find how to do this and the documentation doesn’t give any hint. No clue how to install this. Who has experience? I’ve installed the latest lite plugin and Woocommerce integration to test before purchasing the pro. When testing the affiliate registration form I get an error – “Spamming or Javascript is Disabled”. I’m using WordPress 6.2

All we are doing is simply using the plugin to give a link to an affiliate and then track the leads from a form (no amount attribution, etc..). The Ninja forms integration is working great, but when I go to the referral dashboard, all it gives me is the form entry ID, so then I have to go back to my Ninja form submissions in a separate screen to see who that even is. Is there a way to show more fields in the referral dashboard (name or email) instead of just post ID?

I would like to show to the affiliates in the affiliate area which lead actually has registered through their respective affiliate link and what the status of these referrals is (pending/accepted). The leads are submitting their name via NinjaForms, the according integration works, submitting their name works as referral trigger. I (as admin) can see the form content the leads submitted (i.e. their name) in the affiliate management area, but the affiliates themselves cannot see who has already registered and who they need to remind to do it.

Based on your documentation, i try to use shortcode

However, I noticed that when the amount is 0, it will not show anything. Well, my expectation it will show ie $0 but nothing appears. Is this expected? How can i make it appear $0?

Our main tracking need is to track optins (successful form submit) for our FREE gift offers. We need to tally total optin success on a per-affiliate basis for each offer we have (we have hundreds of them). Can this software do this?

I am having an issue with the partner registration form for this. I am using DiviBuilder for the record. So currently the opt-in form does not accept it and says there is an error and to contact the site admin. Once this happens, the details input into the form will not delete nor will the form work. The affiliate page works as it should if I add a partner manually. I am also using WP Optimize but I have added /partner/ to the pages that shouldn’t be cached but I have heard that caching can cause these forms to not work. Do you have any ideas for what the issue could be?

is it possible that when an affiliate shares a link with a referral, and the referral clicks on the link, it takes them to the page where i want them to choose from the products that i have that will earn the affiliate a commission?

Can the affiliate refer another affiliate member? Like a multi level kinda system?

Is it possible that the link takes the affiliate member/user to a signup page where they need to signup with the referral id filled automatically?

I would like to generate a unique affiliate link to my affiliate for specific products so that when the specific products are sold using their affiliate link, they will get a certain commission from it, which will be set differently for each affiliate.

Qns:
1. can the Affiliate Plugin generate a unique link to a specific product(s) to an affiliate? (Free or Pro) (Example: if I have 10 products, and only 3 of the products will be counted for commission for the affiliates, will that be possible?)
2. can I use the Affiliate Plugin to pay the affiliate when someone purchases the products using their affiliate link? If possible, is it automated or manual, or both? (Free or Pro)
3. can Affiliate Plugin set the commission for each different affiliate? Is it possible to set different commission rates for the different products? (Free or Pro)
4. Will we be able to track the affiliate’s referral sales using the affiliate link? (Free or Pro)
