This looks like a PHP 8.2 compatibility issue as found in other plugins as well. Could you please fix it in the next release? Thank you!

]]>Hello,
is this last version compatible with WordPress 6.4.3?
Thank you!
Blanche
Hi there, customer of 5 years and been loving the service. I’ve noticed that with the last couple version, Aftership is bugging on the backend especially with orders that have mutiple products.
For instance, we had an order with 5 products, and we couldn’t scroll down to add the tracking number into the Aftership box as it bugs out on us. This can only be bypassed by accessing the backend via mobile and manually adding the tracking info by mobile.
We have up to date PHP, theme, wordpress and plugins and the issue persists.

]]>Hi Guys,
Seems this has been reported before, but shipments via The Courier Guy are not updating with tracking events via the app. As the below tickets haven’t been responded too and are closed, I’ve created this thread.
This could be related to their upgrade to Shiplogic but your guess is as good as mine.
]]>Hi!
Shop managers can add tracking data to orders, and there they are shown a link to “Update carriers list”. However, clicking on the link displays a lack of permissions error.
We have tried to fix the problem by adding the ‘manage_aftership’ capability to the ‘shop_manager’ role (as we show you do to administrator role); but it is not effective because to view and update the plugin settings the user must actually have the ‘manage_options’ capability which should be reserved for administrators.
Therefore, in addition to adding the custom capability to the shop manager role, you would have to modify the management controllers and views so that they chek that the user has the custom ‘manage_aftership’ capability instead of the generic ‘manage_options’.
We hope you find this proposal useful.
Best regards!
]]>Hello, I recently updated to HPOS management in woocommerce and the box I had in the order for selecting the courier and the tracking number has disappeared.
I still see the icon in the actions box in my order on my genereal order dashboard, but when I clicked nothings happen anymore.
Is there a turnaround, or an update to correct this issue?
Thanks!

]]>Hi I have been trying to link the plugin to my aftership account for several weeks now. I am getting an error 503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later! How can I solve it? I am trying to login from my backend. Thank you
]]>Hey! So technically, I guess your app is doing the same as Tracktor does?
Tracktor sends a shipping notification mail once a Shipping ID is added to an order.
Customers can then use their order number to go to the tracking page of a shop.
Only when they enter their order number on that tracking page, they can see the status of their shipping.
This way, you can hide any steps that tell them, that the shipment comes from China and they can only access their tracking through the store’s tracking page by entering their order number.
