I tried so many different plugins before I tried this. Not a lot of downloads on this one, but this is the only plugin that works for modal/agreement.

I first was skeptical about this plugin because of the low amount of reviews, but I gotta say, nice job! Very easy to set up, works like it should. One tip: Your CSS sets 100000 as width and height. You might want to change that to 100% to make it more user friendly and cleaner.
