I recently purchased the pro version of your time clock plugin and have been having problems getting it to properly activate. I’m not entirely sure what the activation does however, I’m never a fan of error messages in my admin center.

Issues Encountered

1. The first error message I received made me realize your plugin is dependent on WooCommerce being installed. After installing WooCommerce, that error message was resolved.
2. I went back to the “All In One Time Clock Activation” page /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wc_am_client_aio_time_clock_dashboard and attempted to activate a second time and received a new message. The Product ID I had entered was reduced to 4 characters after submitting though so I quickly determined I probably had copied the wrong values from the “API Keys” page found on: https://codebangers.com/my-account/api-keys/
3. After providing the correct values it successfully removed the error message alerting me that I had not activated yet however, it still showed the “API Key Status” as being Deactivated and I did not see an activation appear in the “API Keys” section of My Account

Everything seems to be working now but, concerns over the error messages.

Hello Team,
I am writing to report an issue with our clock-in/clock-out system.

1. When employees try to clock out after completing their shift, the page does not display the clock-out button. Instead, it shows the clock-in button, preventing them from logging out.
2. Additionally, when employees attempt to clock in, they are redirected to the backend of our website rather than the clock time page.

Could you please assist in resolving these issues?

I have been trying message you at the codebangers support page but am not getting a response. I have purchased the pro version but it does not activate. Is this plugin no longer supported?

Firstly I have been contacting you for approx 18months via your Codebangers support and not hearing back. This is for an upgrade which my customer is prepared to pay for. I would like a reply on this and can give you details if you contact me pls.

Secondly, we have just purchased the latest Time Clock Pro plug-in and the api is not being accepted. I have tried deactivating plug-ins and changing themes but no luck. I have put in a request for support but not hearing from you, so hopefully I will on here?

Does the pro version of the plugin allow admin to check the physical/ GPS location of the clock in? I saw it’s a feature In the pro version but not sure how it works and i didn’t see this in the demo. And is the 40 USD an one time fee? Thanks

Hi, thank you for the plugin it is awesome!

Now I’m trying to use it in my own language and translate the plugin with the Loco Translate plugin but the translated strings are still in English.

There should be going something wrong because, I also tried to set-up the website in one of the languages which is allready available to see if this is working but it is not.

Just thought I would mention that I would have purchased your pro plugin. I think what you have is really great. BUT… you want too much information. Address, phone number, credit card, no option for PayPal and I must sign up for an account. Wayyyyyyy too much info collected from a developer that has no address, no telephone number or any contact information whatsoever on your website. AND… all of your social media icons go nowhere. Too bad. I would have purchased the Pro version. But I’m sorry, I just can’t.

How do I get support or ask questions about this plugin? I opened a ticket on their support page 7 days ago and haven’t heard anything.

Also the demo page on your website is broken.

If I uninstall, all the data is left behind, including the custom fields that where created. Is there a way to fully uninstall the plugin?

I have written a 100%-Translation to German de_DE, using LocoTranslate (as i did with other plugins, nothing new); keeping Loco running. Even distributing the .po-.mo files to all three the possible storage locations (manually), translation doesn’t show up. Anybody an idea?

I think AIO Time Clock is a great plugin and has a super simple and lightweight solution, but I’m having one problem.
I’ve entered the shortcode for the time clock in my employee hub, but the time clock does not appear on the page where the shortcode is located – and the time clock appears at the top of the page before the page content ( (BEFORE div class=”entry-content”)
Is there a way to make it so it shows up where the shortcode is on the page?

Is there a way to automatically import or add registered wordpress users into the all in one time clock plugin?

I installed the plugin, uninstalled, and re-installed. Sat on the phone for 2 hours with the website hosting platform, and no-one was able to figure out how to make it work. I can only see the time clock if/when I am logged into my platform (WP). That’s great, except I need my employees to be able to use it as well, and it doesn’t function. I don’t need a back end timeclock, I need one that others can access in order to clock in, and out that will allow me to keep track of employee productive hours. Mine aren’t important. Very attractive, but useless with the way it currently functions.

Pre-sale question here: I’m interested in your plugin but would like if my employees could enter a date, starttime and endtime instead of clock in/out. Is this possible?

Because sometimes they forget to clock in or out and then they should be able to add it the day after.

And can I let my employees manage their own registered data via the frontend? Like change time if a mistake is made, or delete a entry, etc?

We added two lines in aio-time-clock-lite/aio-time-clock-lite-actions.php
One at line #609 and then another at #617 to fix this.

It was a a date format issue. Are you insterested in the code to fix it in the update? That way everyone could profite from this.

One thing which does not work is the “If a user with the role ‘Employee’ logs in. They will be redirected to the time clock page ”

If an employe logs in, there is not redirect at all (also no error message).

“Address In” and “Address Out” it is not being desplayed in “Reports Section” and when I export XLS or CSV file from the same Section. The “Google Maps” API is properly working because I am able to see the location on “Shifts” Section. Please help me to fix this issue.

I’ve seen on the demo site for this plugin that the Real-Time Monitoring was displayed on the front end of the site. Is this possible with the lite or pro version?

I’m using the Pro versiona ans after installing the plugin, I get Fatal Error each time I activate any plugin on any site in my multisite installation.

Also, after trying to use the import/export feature which doesn’t work for me, it permanently breaks another one of my plugins.

This is a very good plugin otherwise and I would like to continue using it if these issues can be resolved.

FYI: I do not have the plugin network activated. I’m running PHP 7.3 and the latest version of WP.
