I recently purchased the pro version of your time clock plugin and have been having problems getting it to properly activate. I’m not entirely sure what the activation does however, I’m never a fan of error messages in my admin center.

Secondly, we have just purchased the latest Time Clock Pro plug-in and the api is not being accepted. I have tried deactivating plug-ins and changing themes but no luck. I have put in a request for support but not hearing from you, so hopefully I will on here?

Now I’m trying to use it in my own language and translate the plugin with the Loco Translate plugin but the translated strings are still in English.
There should be going something wrong because, I also tried to set-up the website in one of the languages which is allready available to see if this is working but it is not.

]]>Just thought I would mention that I would have purchased your pro plugin. I think what you have is really great. BUT… you want too much information. Address, phone number, credit card, no option for PayPal and I must sign up for an account. Wayyyyyyy too much info collected from a developer that has no address, no telephone number or any contact information whatsoever on your website. AND… all of your social media icons go nowhere. Too bad. I would have purchased the Pro version. But I’m sorry, I just can’t.

I think AIO Time Clock is a great plugin and has a super simple and lightweight solution, but I’m having one problem.
I’ve entered the shortcode for the time clock in my employee hub, but the time clock does not appear on the page where the shortcode is located – and the time clock appears at the top of the page before the page content ( (BEFORE div class=”entry-content”)
Is there a way to make it so it shows up where the shortcode is on the page?

]]>I installed the plugin, uninstalled, and re-installed. Sat on the phone for 2 hours with the website hosting platform, and no-one was able to figure out how to make it work. I can only see the time clock if/when I am logged into my platform (WP). That’s great, except I need my employees to be able to use it as well, and it doesn’t function. I don’t need a back end timeclock, I need one that others can access in order to clock in, and out that will allow me to keep track of employee productive hours. Mine aren’t important. Very attractive, but useless with the way it currently functions.

Pre-sale question here: I’m interested in your plugin but would like if my employees could enter a date, starttime and endtime instead of clock in/out. Is this possible?
Because sometimes they forget to clock in or out and then they should be able to add it the day after.
And can I let my employees manage their own registered data via the frontend? Like change time if a mistake is made, or delete a entry, etc?

We added two lines in aio-time-clock-lite/aio-time-clock-lite-actions.php
One at line #609 and then another at #617 to fix this.
It was a a date format issue. Are you insterested in the code to fix it in the update? That way everyone could profite from this.

If an employe logs in, there is not redirect at all (also no error message).

]]>I’m using the Pro versiona ans after installing the plugin, I get Fatal Error each time I activate any plugin on any site in my multisite installation.
Also, after trying to use the import/export feature which doesn’t work for me, it permanently breaks another one of my plugins.
This is a very good plugin otherwise and I would like to continue using it if these issues can be resolved.
FYI: I do not have the plugin network activated. I’m running PHP 7.3 and the latest version of WP.
