Getting while trying to translate with Codestyling Localization

Error: The actual loaded translation content does not match the textdomain: ajaxy-sf
Expect, that any text you translate will not occure as long as the textdomain is mismatching!
This is a coding issue at the source files you try to translate, please contact the original Author and explain this mismatch.

This plugin is IMPOSSIBLE to use when debug is on unless you want 3-4 inches of error messages on your screen because a function in this plugin was deprecated a few months ago. I have the fix but the author does not respond which really sucks because implementing the fix would take a minute. Hope he adds fix.

Hard to believe a free plugin could be this functional. Only wish there was a way not to include post images in search. As good as many commercial plugins. Well done and thank you.

Although i am not an expert in programming, i find this plugin easy to install, configure and use. It has many customization options, it supports custom post types and you can make your own custom theme.

Adding to the above, this plugin shows the results in a quick speed, without any bad effect to the general site speed.

I think this is one of the best Live Search plugins out there!

I’ve been using other WordPress plugin to serve live results on my site since a long time, but all of those plugins were just okay, and delivers really slow results.

Just five days back, I decided to test this plugin on my local WordPress server, and after a little tricky installation (messed up a little with using theme’s search box id) it worked really well. I didn’t expected the search results were so fast and highly relevant. At the same time, I was surprised with the customization level of the plugin, once it’s installed you can configure everything on how you wanted the search results to display and from what custom posts or taxonomy, you wanted the plugin to show results. I am now already a fan of this plugin and using it on one of my site with a monthly traffic of 1.5M+ pageviews. All I can say I am highly highly impressed.

Still this plugin has got a lot of room to work on improvement department, as sometimes the results are slow and sometimes it also deliver “no results found” for an already available content, but again when you do the second search for the same search query it perfectly displays the results.

Anyways, thanks a lot for this wonderful plugin! ??

You got a great plugin for a small site, the way it looks, how it functions, however, you give a horrible support 0%
I asked a few things here and on your site, but you were no where to be found, if you chose not to give people support i chose to give you a 1 star, but that’s not the only reason, your search doesn’t include MEMBERS, which makes it POINTLESS and out of touch, i think the plugin should be either 100% free or 100% for money, but you’ve done what we all hate, you made a nice plugin up until 70% and left the most important things to charge people for, that’s pretty lame.

for qtranslate and ajaxy you need to add something extra for the search results page

i had to hack your code and insert in sf.php this

so it gives results in all language maybe you could include this in your next version with a simple tick box? “if you are using qtranslate please tick here”

This is an excellent plugin. However, the settings under Templates are really hidden. I didn’t know they existed until I searched the forum. The message that keeps showing up: “Track your live search and improve your website search with live search keyword tracker” is also very annoying.

Currently working on WP 3.5.1 (buddyPress + bbPress). Tried all possible combinations of search plugins and widgets, but nothing seemed to work proper way. I even tried WP Instant Search and Suggest from codecanyon.net, but that plugin, even working as I wish, hanged my dedicated server with 64GB RAM (mod_fcgid)….

I ended up installing Relevanssi (free version) search plugin (a bit buggy in admin area) for initial caching and indexing, and this plugin on top of it. Everything works perfectly!!! Simply, I love it!

The last two days I tried about 6 search plugins and this is the first one that actually worked.

Besides the fact that it works, I am totally impressed with the search results, and implementation with image and division between pages and categories, etc.
