I am using the album slider on my gallery page, when I click on an image the lightbox shows but there is no image inside of it. If I close the light box, I see the image in the animation. I can then see the image in the opening and closing animation, but it is not showing any time other than that in the lightbox.

As the title suggests you have limited the number of albums to 15 for some financial reason however when I uploaded the page I assumed this was 15 albums per page. You have severely limited the plugin as it is but without some form of pagination its close to useless Ketan.

It would be useful to have this and would garner greater positivity from users and ultimately more financial reward for your pro package. I really require unlimited pages.

Hi,

I know I can show the image description by adding show_description=”true” to my shortcode.
But then it is shown below the image in the gallery overview. I would like to show it on the pop-up when I click on the image. Is that possible? And if so: How?

Or maybe it is not possible with the description, but maybe it is possible with the caption?
If that’s the case: that could work as well, pleas let me know!

It stay on same state. It showing i published my new album or edit, but my changes don’t appear online. It wouldn’t be cache, i tried in another computer, and in private nav.
I didn’t change anything since the last time i added new album.

The plugin works great when using the shortcode on pages. Many thanks for that!
But when I add the Shortcode for my Home (which is a Blog showing my Posts and not a static Page), the album Shortcode give me album links pointing to a Blog Post URL. The album images do not show up there. Is it possible to show the Gallery Images on the home url?

When I add a shortcode to display an album slider on regular WordPress page, clicking on an album opens it in a new page with all of the images showing, and that’s great!

The issue I’m having is when I add the shortcode to a page created in Elementor. Clicking on an album still opens it in a new page with all of the images showing, BUT I also see all of the other content that I added to the Elementor page.

Any idea why this is happening?

I have created various album categories and each category has 5 or 6 albums. I am trying to use the shortcode to display each category only side-by-side. Then, if a user clicks on the category, they should go to the page with all of the albums in the category that they selected. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to work.

Instead, when I list each category ID, all of the albums in each category appear side-by-side in the grid.

The shortcode that I am using looks like this:

[aigpl-gallery-album category=”1,2,3,4,5″ album_grid=”5″ show_title=”true” total_photo=”” limit=”-1″]

Is the code incorrect, or is it just not possible to show each category only side-by-side.

For some reason, the most recent photo I added to the gallery does not go to the link I assigned it (which is a link to the corresponding blog post). It just goes to a large image of the photo: https://winediplomats.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/IMG_20220422_202943489-1-1-scaled.jpg All the other photos work and go to their corresponding blog post except this one. This has happened before, but last time it happened to all the photos in the gallery and it appeared to be connected with an update. However, it was later fixed after another update. This time, I don’t know what to do because it’s still a problem after 5 days. I’ve tried adding the photo again to my media library, but the same thing happens. Please advise what I should do?

I have a problem with double popup that appears one on top of the other with Elementor.
You have to click next to the one above it to make it disappear and then the lightbox works fine.
I don’t think it’s from my theme because I did the tests with Guttenberg and it works perfectly.
So is there a conflict with Elementor?
I imported the shortcode in 2 different ways, one as normal text and the other with a special shortcode element, but nothing changes.

To specify, I have all the latest Updates.

I have created 3 categories and 2 albums but when I display it all albums show there,
therefore I removed images album from 1 category and that’s category has an empty album still it shows all albums. Category base shortcode not working. Below I attached a shortcode which I have used.

I really love this plugin, but I seem to have stumbled upon a minor bug after plugin update related to sequence and indexing.

If I display a gallery slider the light box works when I click the image during the first rotation.

But when the slide has looped and I click a thumb that has appeared for a 2nd time, the sequence of the image is incorrect.

It displays the first image then the last image and then the loop works fine from first to last image and then the issue repeats.

It isn’t a major issue, but it would be lovely if the light box would work appropriately.

On the edit Album gallery page above the update button there is a visibility setting password, I checked this and put a password in the box then updated but everyone can still see the album, any ideas please.
