How can I exclude attachment sitemaps from the index sitemap?

attachment-sitemap.xml, attachment-sitemap2.xml, etc.

I don’t see such an option in the plugin settings.

Clicking on the comment reply does not work as expected. If I deactivate AIOSEO, comment replies work again. So, I rolled back prior versions until 4.7.2 where the comment reply works again.

In the changelog (please update), I see v4.7.3:

“?replytocom” query parameter for comment reply links now removed by default to optimize crawl quota.

I’m guessing that’s related. Please take a look. Thanks!

I know it’s better to have other than default permalink structure, but in a specific site it should be like that. I tried to enable the sitemap feature on AIOSEO but it keeps pointing to mydomain.com/sitemap.xml and I ger a 404 page.
Is it possible to use default permalink structure and a sitemap with AIOSEO?

In /app/Common/Sitemap/Query.php there’s a hard coded table prefix for a table that’s queried and it results in errors in the log if sites have a custom table prefix.

The text “Immobilien optimiert und digitalisiert” after “Immovera” is correctly assigned to the page on the website itself. Google seems to remove it. Do you have any ideas?

How do we capitalize immovera in the favicon? I think I have it written like this everywhere on the website. I can also set up a login to the backend for you, it’s a WordPress website.

Hello, In Google Search Console I have 3 different properties (propriétés) : https://therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr , https://www.therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr and therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr

The sitemap was not read for each of them since when, I don’t now ; but now it is ! However, there is also in Google Search Console : “Index of Sitemaps” and for this, there is 0 pages discovered instead of 7. Is it correct and normal ? How can I set all this well ? Thanks a lot ! Philippe

This was wrongly closed as “resolved” when still an issue your suggestion is not the cause at all. I did nothing wrong on my end, just using native WP APIs the correct way. Your plugin is the ONLY plugin that breaks this. This is in fact your plugin that causes this issue.

Messages directing my users to this forum and your support site will remain in place until this is fixed by you, or you give me directions how I would solve this on my end.

I get this “AIOSEO Settings” and “AIOSEO Assistant” stuff displayed at the bottom of every single post I’m editing. Is there an option to get rid of this? Has this always been there or am I just now aware of this because of this spam thing?
I’d like my post editor to be clean and only see the text I’m writing and editing. It could be in the side menu like all the other settings. I think AIOSEO gets so dominant that I’m really considering to get rid of this plugin itself.

I have tried various email encoders (to protect email addresses from bots) and none of them seem to want to play nicely with AIO SEO. Your plugin creates metadata which contains the email address so it is visible to bots (and fails email encoding tests). All emails are protected on my site but that’s quite useless if AIO exposes it ??

Is there any way to resolve this without removing the email address from the AIO setup?

AIOSEO was working, I went through and set everything up. Tonight I wanted to start a post and noticed that AIOSEO wouldn’t load at the bottom of the post page. I tried going into AIOSEO settings and all I get is a blank screen. I then notice that all options under AIOSEO are blanks screens. I disabled it, removed it reinstalled it. I disabled every plugin on the site except AIOSEO and it still doesn’t work. So, is this a hosting issue of some kind or has an update come out to mess this up? I have many other sites and AIOSEO is working just fine, but those sites are on other hosting. I need help!!

I thought I was just the one with this problem seems I am not! Clearly its something seriously wrong with the updated Version 4.7.4.1.

As others have suggested they are facing EXACTLY the same problem with this update and you can longer gain access to your admin panel. Also on all the products in the WORDPRESS product page are flashing suggesting it cant connect to anything.

The new update has clearly screwed up everyones websites and needs addressing.

Exactly the same issues I face as (@d4rkcloud), (@forsan73), and (@vapidjimbo) so come on chaps these needs addressing on what you have done on this new update!

It cant be all of us saying there is a problem of excactly the same when you have just applied an update that has screwed up all our AISEO pages!

Could you advise what you have done in this new update and why we are faced with these errors?

I have been using AIO SEO on my sites for a long time without any problems, but after recent update to Advanced Responsive Video Embedder (ARVE) plugin, I am not able to use it because of incompatibility issue with AIO SEO. This is the notice that I get within WordPress:

“There is compatibility issue with All In One SEO Pack effecting ARVE. With the AIO-SEO plugin active the “Embed Video (ARVE)” button will not work in Classic Editor. Please contact the AIO-SEO plugin support / support for pro users if they can fix this issue.”

Are you aware of this issue and can you please check and see what can be done about it?

suddenly in my admin page AISEO doesn’t work anymore.

i tried disabling every single plugin, but nothing changed. In the console I get these 2 errors:

What can it be?

After the plugin auto updated to version 4.7.4.1, the Plugin Dashboard and all other tabs within it are blank and are not loading. I am only able to see the footer on each tab.

In the Search Statistics tab it is showing a JavaScript error.

In the Page and Post sections, it is showing a loading symbol infinitely.

I’ve already tried clearing the cache and disabling plugins, but the issue still persists.

Installed the plugin and ran through all the setup, but got an error on the analysis, then nothing when I clicked on “Connect with AIOSEO”.

This isn’t a support question as such, but more of a complaint.

I woke up this morning to find my inbox full with “SEO Performance Report” emails from each AISEO plugin across all of the 20+ sites I’ve installed it on.

I’m sure such a report might be helpful to a lot of people, but this new “feature” should not have been auto-activated on existing sites. It’s not something that I want, and if I was installing AISEO on a new site I would have unticked it.

Also, it’s not just a “report” as it contains a section with links to a blog on the AISEO website. So that makes the emails spam!

Now I have to log in to every single site and deactivate it. This is a right royal pain in the a*se!

I was recently contacted to help get a website back up and running after the client’s former web company disappeared. The site uses the Aveda theme which came with the All In One SEO plugin. This plugin is causing a front-end php error on the home page only. I have removed the plugin from the site, but the error message remains.

Another interesting tidbit is that I installed and ran the Health Check plugin, and it shows a plugin called “All in One SEOExtensions”, which is in fact the cause of the error, because it disappears when it’s deactivated via Health Check. But when I’m not troubleshooting via Health Check, that plugin isn’t in the list at all.

I do not have FTP access to log in and see if the plugin folder still remains there, nor to suppress the front end errors via the wp-config file. Does anyone have an idea how this could possibly still remain when the All In One SE plugin has been deleted and All in One SEOExtensions doesn’t even appear in the plugin list?

The error appears related to syntax changes in PHP 8.3 regarding argument unpacking. Could you please confirm if All in One SEO currently supports PHP 8.3.6? Additionally, are there plans to provide compatibility with PHP 8.3 in a future update?

When I try to enter a focus keyword for a page, it doesn’t save after I update the post. I’m using the latest version of the plugin and WordPress. I’ve tried clearing my cache and disabling other plugins, but the problem persists. Can you help troubleshoot why the focus keyword keeps resetting?
