Good morning,

The plug-in no longer works and doesn’t let me re-add my username successfully anymore when the access token expires. I click “Add User”, “Add Instagram Account”, and “Allow” on Instagram when the window pops up and nothing happens. Are you still providing support for this plug-in and fixing the carousel/video issue when those weren’t showing up on my website in my previous support request post? Please let me know.

I realized that my other thread may be closed because it says resolved so I wanted to submit a new support ticket here. The plug-in is still not working properly on my site. Can you please provide a status update? Has the plug-in been updated to support carousel/video posts? Also, on my portfolio pages, the plug-in doesn’t work at all: https://www.invytations.com/baby-showers. It shows the long captions of Instagram post instead of photos. Please help or provide a status update. Thank you!

I am having a bit problem. The plugin generated the shortcode with the settings I have selected, but on the page there is one image that is not loaded properly (also isn’t wrapped by a hyperlink) and most of the pictures on the page are made of duplications.

Instagram changed its Legacy API/Developer settings as of 6/29/20. Is there a new way to get the Client ID and Client Secret? Your directions say “Follow directions in video to register another Instagram client and to retrieve your Instagram user information. Do not skip any of the steps.” but there is no link to the video. Please help. My Instagram feed is no longer displaying successfully with your plug-in on website.

I don’t know why, the plugin is not longer working.
In frontoffice I have this message : “Sorry, Istagram does not found.”
Everything seems fine on backoffice, and my instagram is not empty.
I have Version 1.2.9

What can I do ?
