Hello. I am using your plugin with great satisfaction.

I would like to know if there is a way to decide how many people on the team are posted in a row. At the moment, it puts 3 people but since there are 4 of us, I would put 2 or 4 per row.

Then, since I then use the same plugin to manage multiple teams, I would like to know how to differentiate the view according to the team.

Currently, pages are displayed in the search result as:

Hello, I wonder if you are still supporting this plugin – I love how it works and we’ve got it on a website. It is not working quite right – sometimes it loads the feature image but not the other images, and sometimes it loads the other image but not the feature images. Has it been changed to a new product, or is there an update we can buy to make it work again?

Is this plugin still being maintained as it hasn’t been updated in nearly 2 years and is flagging as an abandoned plugin in WordFence?

Hi, I have just installed AMO Team plugin. In the Add New Member page I have an error where there’s the button to choose the Social Icons.

Error is:

I’ve been using the AMO plug-in just fine. Somehow now my publish button is disabled.
Here are the warnings I am getting. I have already set a featured image. So I have zero clue why this is happening.

in the video at about 0:27 AMO Team Showcase – Quick Start, Tutorial Video (WITHOUT SOUND)
seconds on the right side is Featured Image. This menu we did not get in touch with. Where is my mistake?

I love the plugin but the huge panel takes up half of the screen. Any tips that really work or solving this issue all together would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately I faced a problem that I’m unable to solve yet.

The title and subtitle is not showing on the Info Panel. Also the close button of the Panel doesn’t work. Everything else works fine.

Already switched off all other plugins one by one.

I have the main font color set to “black” but when i open the info panel the name of the person’s font changes to white and i can not read it anymore. How can this be fixed?

I am trying to implement a Nectar Slider and am unable to get either an image or video to appear in any slide. When I try adding a new slide, I can update an image (or video) in the “Slide Image” section, but on saving, it seems to always expect a video, with no preview image associated.

This does not happen when I disable the “AMO Team Showcase” plugin. Is there a way to resolve this conflict?

Google are disapproving Google ads directing to this site because they say that the team showcase page cannot be indexed or crawled by Google and this violates their policy. Its a wordpress.com website, I can’t see anything in the AMO team showcase settings to remedy this. Why would this plug-in default setting be to stop indexing?

Would appreciate advice on how to fix this, the client isn’t happy.

There is a conflict between the team showcase plugin and the flatsome theme causing the flatsome light box galleries to not slideshow when you click on a pic to enlarge. If the team showcase plugin is disabled the gallery works fine. There’s a conflict and I don’t want to lose either particularly because the team showcase looks so good.
Any help would be great thanks.

I have all other plugins disabled on latest version of WP, Enfold, and AMO. When the page loads with an AMO Team Member, the thumbnail overlays do not load until after you hover over them, then they work fine. I’ve tried changing many options in AMO and Enfold and I just can’t figure out what’s going wrong.

This is the best team plugin yet, so I really hope to get it working! We love it! Thank you so much!

The plugin is working fine for me but having only one issue, when i am putting Team shortcode to give style “Style – 2. https://amothemo.com/amo-team-showcase-demo/”, then team page is not opening. Without Team shortcode its working fine.

Please give me solution for the same if possible then please give me custom code.

Are there any written, step-by-step instructions on how to use the AMO Team plugin, after the installation? Normally, videos would be helpful. But the quick start video was hard to follow, went too fast, and was also, for my vision, most everything in view looked too small.

It looks intricate, especially with regards to how and when to apply the short codes in order to get the teams published, so being able to go step-by-step in a format I can see better would really help.

On Chrome and Safari desktop, click on one of the icons, then close the display the captions are cut off. Also the little green thing in the top left corner is sometimes really big!

I have used your plugin on several sites and love it! In building a new site for my business, I installed the plugin again. However, when I went to change the color settings, they were not accessible at all (i.e. no button to click to choose color). I am using the same Genesis theme (Altitude Pro) as the other sites where the options are showing correctly.

I tried disabling/re-enabling and uninstalling/re-installing the plugin, but the color options still do not show up.
