Hello,
I am setting up a Woocommerce store with German Market for digital products.
I have tried various angles to hide the shipping info (see screenshot) from the cart section for the virtual/ digital products: https://snipboard.io/fdwh4q.jpg but so far, it seems impossible. See details below:
I consulted mainly the following pages:
https://funnelkit.com/woocommerce-remove-shipping-from-checkout/
https://woocommerce.github.io/code-reference/hooks/hooks.html
https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/cart-and-checkout-filters-cart-line-items/
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60760268/how-to-remove-shipping-section-from-woocommerce-cart-page
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60760268/how-to-remove-shipping-section-from-woocommerce-cart-page
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37304801/how-can-i-remove-shipping-from-a-woocommerce-cart
or similar info sites, I could not find anything specific on this shipping info section that hides that section, but I am also not a developer.
Is there is any functions.php input that I can add to the child theme to hide this specific element? Or another solution?
Your help is much appreciated!
]]>Hi there – thanks for this great plugin.
I wonder if there will be any solution for the plugin and the cart and checkout blocks. The same topic is here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/new-woocommerce-cart-block/, but I wanted to check if something changed.
Thank you!

Hello,
Is it possible to show the amount left for free shipping message on the single product page template from Elementor? Thanks.

]]>Hello,
I’m interested to try out the plugin options before buying the pro version. Do you offer trials?
Hey,

Hi,
today we noticed an issue: If the shopping cart is changed due to a quantity change, the price and free shipping are updated, but not the amount / text of the bar up to free shipping.
Can you automatically trigger a refresh of the page after updating the shopping cart? Then it will work. Or is there any other way to solve this?
Best regards

When i use a Cupon Code the amount sum the cupon code and the value form subtotal. How exclude the cupon value?
]]>Hello,
Will there be an update for this plugin to be compatible with WooCommerce’s new High-Performance Order Storage database?
Your plugin produces no output when used with DIVI, just background colour but no text.
]]>Calculation of amount left to free shipping includes the flat rate amount (for those who do not spent $75) and sales tax, showing customer incorrect $ amount remaining. How do I correct this?

]]>Hello,
finally a plugin that does what it should BUT I have the same issue as
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/doesnt-work-when-removing-items-from-cart/
Unfortunately, the text does not change in the chortcode when an item is removed from the cart. I added for testing the option”after cart totals” and here the text and amount does change!
Is there a way to make it work in the shortcode?
Thank you

Hi. Plugin stopped to work recently. Either on cart page or with shortcode. Website is built with Divi, so I put the shortcode on every product page. But nothing shows up. It seems that other people have the same issue. Is there a workaround to display Amount Left for Free Shipping for WooCommerce again?
Best regards.
]]>Hi !
The plugin does not work with the new woocommerce cart block which will probably be native in a few months.
Do you plan to update the extension to make it compatible?
Thanks !
When I click the category in the menu I get the product list for that category. I have the short code for your plugin in a mini cart in the header. When they click “add to cart” from this page. The product is added but the value doesn’t update. I even used the manual value. If I add the product from the product page or refresh everything works great. It only happens on the product listing page. $XX.XX until free shipping the XX.XX isnt changing. Again product page is fine or if I refresh the page.

no text is shown… neither in cart, nor on checkout …

]]>Hi,
I implemented the shortcode on my product page. But despite the min amount for GER/AT is €50,- the text always shows the minimum amout for free shipping as €90,-. Can you tell me what the reason for that would be?
Cheers

Hi! In my website, I’m offering both physical and virtual products (bookings and gift cards). I’ve just bought your premium plugin to unlock the features I thought I needed and still I’m facing two issues:
1) I’ve ticked “Ignore virtual products in cart to reach the min amount”. The bookings are happily ignored when calculating the amount left, but the gift cards aren’t, and if I add a gift card over the free shipping amount and a single physical product (under the free shipping amount set), the plugin’s configured “Free shipping!” notice appears. The gift card plugin I’m using is “Ultimate Gift Cards for WooCommerce” by WP Swings.
2) Besides, when shipping outside my country (which uses just one non-standard shipping method: Weight Based Shipping), I want to use a different shipping method (UPS or FedEx), and I want your plugin to be left out of the count when foreign countries are selected. In other words, I want your plugin to affect only just one shipping zone and just one shipping method.
The settings seem to be intuitive, but maybe I’m missing something. These are my settings: 1, 2 and 3. Can you help me?
]]>Hi
I am using woocommerce with shoptimizer. I have install the plugin and it is not working. Any adivce?
Thnx! m
The plugin is not working after switching to Woocommerce Blocks Cart block. I previously had the Amount Free plugin working ok, however need some help to reinstate it into the Cart block.
]]>Is there any shortcode include in your plugin which allows me to show the min amount of free shipping. I need not what left to get free shipping I also want to show what is the min amount.
]]>Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to configure your plugin to show the amount left for free shipping on the the Cart page, based on the guest’s IP?
For example I just want to show the amount left for free shipping to customers (guests) that are shopping on my site from Canadian and USA IP addresses.
I want to hide free shipping amount notice from guests everywhere else in the world.
I seem to be able to configure this ONLY for signed-in users or if the guest has entered their shipping address on the checkout page.
Is there a way to show the amount left for free shipping regardless if the customer is a signed-in or not and hasn’t entered their shipping address? Instead show it based on their IP (not based on the currency or selected shipping class/location at checkout?)
I’m currently using the free plugin, but if that’s an option for this using the paid version, I’m more than happy to purchase it.
]]>Hello,
if I make a refresh of my website the “left amount bar” shows up but doesn’t hide after 7 seconds like I’ve defined in the settings.
But when I add something into my cart the site wide notice disappears after 7 seconds. How can I fix that it doesn’t disappear if I just refresh the page?
Thank you.
Best regards
Oliver
I have shipping to 2 different countries and I just want the message to appear in one country.
If a customer chooses another country, the message should not appear.
How can I do this ?
]]>Hi! I’m trying to use this plugin in combination with WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments (https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/). I have two separate free shipping methods, one restricted to guest users and one restricted to logged in users, with two different rates. But it seems like the Amount Left-prompt added with this plugin to my cart page doesn’t take these restrictions to account – it always shows the same free shipping rate. Is there any way to adjust this? Thank you!
]]>Hello,
I’m not able to limit the zip codes for specific products for which I want to offer free shipping, would there be an easier way to solve?
]]>I use the Elementor menu cart/mini cart to display the minicart.
When Elementor -> Integrations -> WooCommerce -> Mini Cart Template
is enabled, the amount left for free shipping isn’t displayed.
When that option is disabled, it shows, but of cource, it look horrible then, because styling is disabled.
Is there a fix or solution for this?
