I thought that the plugin is no longer being developed since most of the functions are in the default Elementor global styles settings.

Legacy Column Gaps are still not working – because generated style kit CSS file present in wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/ directory still uses .elementor-row class, which is no longer used by recent versions of Elementor.

Hello Suppprt Team. I really like the idea and had a pro license at one time however I downgraded due to issues and have now completely disabled due to the following issue.

I’ve been seeing a critical error on the front end causing the site to fail to render and problems with the elementor editor in the backend which causes the settings to load every time I edit a page.

Everything seems to resolve with StyleKits disabled.

I see the Elementor update just out today does not work with Style-kit enabled, the editor will not load at all.

I saw a server error in the console but I wasn’t able to find what exception that was, can you please take a look at compatibility with the new major 3.6 release?

When I make a change on a page the slug automatically changes to “basic-style-kit” with a specific number.

For example: https://mama-enzo.be/about-us changes to https://mama-enzo.be/basic-style-kit-2/ …

Also after I manually adjust the slug in the wordpress page settings.
It does it everytime again…

I think the problem is that the plugin doesn′t override the elementor padding. This plugin sets the column gap padding on the elementor-column-gap class but elementor adds it to the elementor-widget-wrap. So you end up with double the padding. Hope you could fix this soon

Seems an Elementor update has broken Column Gaps. Everything but that works for me on a vanilla install of the latest Elementor and Style Kit. It’s definitely on the Elementor side as your current version works on one of my Elementor sites that hasn’t been updated but on none of the updated sites, all the sites are running 1.8.2

Whenever I edit page via Edit with Elementor, it always load into “Site Settings” first rather than the usual Elementor panel. This only happens when Style Kits plugin is active, when I disable plugin, Edit with Elementor loads into the usual panel. I’ve tested it on a fresh install with Hello theme. Any advise?

after using style kits for some time and testing things and then deleting it, somehow a global hover state for buttons where the text size changes remained in the elementor global style settings, although either elementor nor you do have hover state typography size settings. So at the moment when I drag any kind of widget that uses a button into the page, then that button has a hover state where the typography scales into a bigger version. When I reactivate your Stylekits plugin the Button problem remains but there comes another issue: My navigation becomes red instead of dark grey. Although after reinstalling your tool there are no settings changed in your panel of global styles. After checking some settings I found that when I set the typography for the “S” sized button in the Button Sizes section to be the “correct” typography size (the size I did set in the Elementor settings for the same thing) then the hover effect disappears. Probably it′s still there but now it alternates between the same sizes. And for the navigation accent color I found out that I need to set the Primary Accent under Accent Colors to be in the “correct” color (the color I did set in the Elementor settings for the same thing) then the navigation is in the correct setting and the buttons behave normaly. When I turn those settings of the issues come back. And when I delete Style Kits (either with “delete everything when removing Style kits” checked or without: The issues come back.

Now the question is: How can I get rid of this maddening behavior without having to keep style kits running just for preventing the issues?

I have an issue, where the selected Style Kit only applies in Editor but not on the live page. There is no caching active, browser cache cleared multiple times. I tried resetting the Style Kits and setting them up from scratch but it didn’t help. Any ideas, what I’m missing? The CSS class of the body does not seem to change, when changing the style kit for that particular page or template.

I appreciate any help!

I am using this plugin on a multi-site, and when I set Column Gaps and Outer Section Padding, it is not reflected on my website.
The website is displayed with the default settings.

Is this plugin not compatible with multisite?

I’m unsure if I’m just not using this plugin correctly or if there’s an actual issue…but for the life of me, I can’t get a new style kit to override the default style kit.

Very simply, I am editing the ‘single post template’ for individual blog posts. I selected a NEW style kit in which I want to edit the headings etc. In Elementor’s editor I see the changes reflected, however on the front end, no go. I am using the inspector and I see the headings are still taking orders from the default style kit, despite it NOT being the selected one.

So my question is…does Style kits NOT work when using the theme template builder?

I’ve tried clearing my cache, different browsers, regenerating the css files, saving the settings in Stylekits etc. NOTHING works.

Please advise.

When working on a page in Elementor there is seemingly no way to create a NEW style kit: https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGuEykAA. You can just edit the existing or pick another one. There is no ‘save as’ option as per your docs.

Using Style kits 1.8.1, Elementor 3.1.4, Elementor-pro 3.2.1 I cannot set the heading color/typography etc.

You can see in the inspector

when inserting a single Icon with a link it isn’t possible to set a custom color. The Elementor Pro feature clobbers the styling of of this – if there were just one more bit of specificity, say “body.elementor-kit-25 .elementor-button” in every place you have “.elementor-kit-25 .elementor-button”, it would be working and overruling that transparent in the /elementor-pro/assets/css/frontend.min.css in their plugin.

I’m currently building a site for my photo club and I’d like to propose a choice of 2 or 3 different theme styles. Unless I have missed something, I don’t see any way in Elementor to save the current theme style and to create another one. This way I could switch between various styles during the presentation and we could make a final choice.

Does Advanced Theme Styles for Elementor support such a functionality ?

I’m doing some diagnostic testing and noticed that after i disabled the plugin, and cleared cache, and looked in an incognito window, all of the css for stylekits is still showing in a post css: https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuBGny1. I’m using Cloudways and cleared local storage in chrome and varnish on the server so not sure what is going on. I’m trying to determine if there’s a conflict what and where it is.

Thanks for this amazing addon to elementor. On most sites, it’s working like a charm, but on this project, I encounter following problems:

1. Having Rank Math activated, anything I save a page, the URL-Slug get resettet to “default-kit”, which is really annoying but can be handled by setting the correct slug, before saving the edited page

2. using Stripe Gateway from Paymentplugins.com, the redirection of some payment methods break, so instead of getting redirected to the order-received page, I get redirected to the checkout, which is not good at all

Can you help me out here? Do you have any option of paid support without having to pay for the premium plugin?

V 1.6.8 is not working. It only loads styles in editor. Does not load in front end.

I was finally able to create a new style kit… (despite there not being an ‘add new’ button under the library like it shows in the docs), however when I select it from the dropdown, it instantly goes into editing it, then I click update, and it goes back to the page, and again it says the default style kit, not the one I selected. No matter how many times I try it, same thing keeps happening.

I see no where that I can actually add new styles, even under the style kits menu that shows the one global style that I have, there is no “add new” button like in your docs.

Please advise.
