Good Day,
Where can I find the filters that you mention in your latest plugin version, V5.5.0?
To date, I could not find them in your plugin’s homepage nor your website’s documentation..
Please do not release plugin revisions until the data backing them up is released beforehand.
Thank you!
]]>Hi there,
Your recent plugin update,?Analytify Dashboard Widget V5.5.0, breaks the WP Mail SMTP widget. That is, API data is being blocked. Double-checked.?Details: https://prnt.sc/0aoP20KudPQy
Fix needed ASAP.
Thank you!
]]>Good Day,
We would appreciate a code snippet (i.e., filter) that will allow us to increase the default (max) number of Top Countries displayed in your widget from 5 to 10 or more – similar to the filter you developed for the number of Top Cities.
Details: https://prnt.sc/ywbjgUhUiI2G
Update: On second thought, and after reviewing the type of data displayed in your widget, we can use a filter to change the display from 5 to 10 for the following parameters:
Top Pages
Top Countries
Keywords
Top Referrers
Details: https://prnt.sc/g7SfQDGY3nRW
Thank you!
]]>Good Day!
Your recent plugin update, V5.2.0, states:
Where can we find this filter? Looked everywhere. You documentation does not talk about this filter either. We’d like to increase our number of cities displayed in our widget from five (default) to ten cities.
Also, please refer to this support topic and update it, as appropriate.
Thank you!
]]>Good Day,
Is your plugin compatible with the current version WP? (Version 6.4.1)
Details:

https://prnt.sc/GzcMAw06gp_b
At our end, we are not having any issues. Perhaps all you need to do is update your plugin’s Description and Details section.
Thank you!
]]>Good Day,
Your widget (date picker) always defaults to today’s date. Two things:
(1) Is there a code snippet you can provide to change the date picker’s current default date range (today) to a custom date range?
(2) It would be awesome if you can integrate into your plugin’s settings an option to select and save our preferred date picker’s date range.
Thank you!
]]>Can i use it to show the traffic to my guests ?
Thank you in advance
]]>Good Day!
Is there a way we can increase the number of cities displayed at once when we select “Top Cities” with your widget’s filter? Currently, the display breaks after displaying the first five (5) cities. We’d like to change that to, say, ten (10) cities displayed at first.
Details: https://prnt.sc/PPV8es4qtmVH
A code snippet and/or a new plugin settings feature to accomplish this would be nice.
Thank you!
]]>Good Day!
Our dashboard detected a city that is represented by a number.

Have you guys seen or heard of this before? Any clues?
Not a biggie, but interesting.
Cheers!
]]>Good Day!
How often is the data (analytics data) contained in your widget updated?
Details: https://prnt.sc/gJTOHXCfKDxB
Does it update live, via cron, or something else?
In our case, we’re using SG Optimizer (which in turn, is connected to Cloudflare) and noticed the data does not update until we clear SG Optimizer’s cache.
Details: https://prnt.sc/ZPiwVojCwADz
Notes:
1. We already created a Clouflare Page Rule and SG Optimizer Rule to bypass caching of our Admin page. Still, your data appears to be cached.
2. To assist you further, you already have a staging site from us. You can see/test the issue there.
In short, how can we prevent SG Optimizer and Cloudflare from caching the data contained in your widget?
Thank you!
]]>Hey,
I’ve been working to clear PHP warnings on my site and one is from Analytify:
Trying to get property 'ID' of non-object in /home/fibrojedi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-analytify/wp-analytify.php on line 463
This line reads:
$skip_tracking = (bool) get_post_meta( $post->ID, '_analytify_skip_tracking', true );
This means at the point it’s calling it $post
is not an object, even though global $post;
is above it.
I know PHP warnings aren’t errors. All the same, I’ve had to change some of my own plugins to reduce these messages myself, so hopefully it can still be helpful for your own bug fixing. Thanks.
]]>Good Day!
I reported subject issue over six weeks ago in the support section of your plugin, “Analytify – Google Analytics Dashboard For WordPress” and have submitted a ticket with all the details as well.
Unfortunately, haven’t heard back from you. So, posting here to add more visibility to the issue and, hopefully, a more timely response.
Again, help appreciated.
]]>Good Day!
It would be great if you guys can add a tooltip next to each Google Analytics parameter (i.e., label) same as Rank Math does. A nice, helpful addition to your plugin.

Your Real Time dashboard — when viewed with a mobile phone or tablet (e.g., iPhone or iPad) — is not responsive. That is, it breaks and/or does not display properly.

Kindly review and fix at your earliest opportunity.

]]>Hi there!
I stumbled into this support topic. Your latest plugin update, V2.0.3, solves the user’s issue. For record purposes, thought you would like to close the noted topic as “Resolved.”
You can close this one too ??
]]>Your plugin is awesome, but I would like to change the styling of your widget.
Specifically, change the color of the buttons and underscores, and also change the font types and weight.
The filter you provided does not work because custom styling is not stored in the theme’s css files, it’s stored in your plugin (i.e., WordPress Admin section).
Can you kindly revisit this and provide the requested enhancement at your next convenient plugin update?
Thank you!
]]>Redundant. Wrong product.
]]>Just a quick question before I buy…
Can I set a filter for the front end analytics to only show post analytics by the logged in author?
All I want the user to see are the analytics for their submitted posts.
]]>Good Day!
Your widget’s collapse function works, but only when we click the collapse icon or button.
Per WP standards, it should also collapse when we click the widget’s top bar. Details below.
Widget Collapses: Click on Button
Widget Does Not Collapse: Click on Bar
Kindly review and fix.
Thank you!
]]>Hi, I love the plugin and I’m pro user… Dashboard widget had a date selecting problem. I guess its related to calendar month language diference, which brings up Error calling GET. However, the error is now there every time I open my dashboard! Without changing dates! It just loads into an error. Data comes back after catch clear, but that gets kind of annoying to do all the time. Do you plan to release an update soon? ?? I dont wanna quit the widget!

]]>Your plugin’s date-picker (selector) has a couple of bugs:
(1) When we select “Today”, your plugin displays analytics from the past two days (i.e., it displays yesterday and today). Click here for details.
(2) Your date-picker should default to “Today” and/or remember the last period selected by the user.
Kindly review and fix these bugs.

]]>How can I remove Analytify dashboard widget from wp-admin?
Thanks
]]>Good Day!
Not sure if intentional, but would make more sense if “this month” and “this year” visitors’ bars (in your bar charts) were positioned on the right side of each date interval as noted below.
https://prntscr.com/txvr7w
https://prntscr.com/txvv3y
Above recommendation follows conventional bar chart standards. Would be great if you can make the change. Thank you.
Cheers!
]]>Good Day!
The widget’s collapse button is missing. Click here for detais.
The collapse button is a WordPress standard and should be implemented. The widget collapse function helps users reposition the widget within the WP dashboard when the user has several widgets (small and large) displayed.
It appears the collapse button has been purposely omitted to give way to the “Analytify” logo, which quite frankly, is not needed. The logo should be replaced with the word “Analytify.” This change would meet WordPress standards, follow appearance standards, and keep your customers happy.
Thank you.

This is a great plugin however the update kinda ruined it. I still like to reduce the widget by clicking top arrow but this facility has vanished since update.
Any suggestions?
Thanks Tracey
]]>Was looking for a substitute to the old & free GADWP, but unfortunately, your widget doesn’t offer a real-time report that I find quite useful. It seems you’ve a real-time report but only in the paid version, and even then it doesn’t get into the widget, correct? Why the omission that all GADWP-derivatives offer, and for free? Is it a real-time widget report in the roadmap? Thanks.
