]]>If the desktop view is 2 rows with 3 columns is it possible to make the mobile view be 3 rows and 2 columns.
Currently it is six rows of a single column.

]]>Hello, I am having an issue with the counter not recognizing the numeral zero after a decimal point. For instance, I want to count up from 0.01 to 1.00, but when I put in those numbers, the counter just counts from 0 to 1. However, if I input 1.01 as the final number, it displays all three digits and shows the counting correctly. It seems that if there is a zero after a decimal point it just displays a whole number, which does not work for my needs.
Is this something you can fix? Thanks.
]]>I just tried the plug-in and all three of the templates that are supposed to be free say they are only available on the pro version.

]]>I saw that this plugin has been closed (pending review). I have noticed this because the image I had chosen to be displayed in the background stopped showing and instead it’s showing a sample background. Are there any infos yet about what’s going to happen? In the meantime, I set the transparency to the lowest setting to only display a blue background, but that’s not very visually appealing.

Is this possible?
I have purchased the Animated Number Counter Unlimited Sites license through wpmart.org.
Now, where do I get the license activation key?
Other than a confirmation email about successful payment through 2checkout I have received nothing in license keys.
Most WordPress pages are buily upon PHP. Is it possible to add Animated Number Counters with this plugin to an uploaded html page ??? If so, how?
Thank You,
Ken
Hi there,
Ive got the number counter at the bottom of my homepage, but cannot find a way to reduce the padding at the top and bottom of the box. Is there a setting anywhere or some code I can enter to reduce this please?
Thanks
I need to animate a number that is a variable, and therefore cannot be manually entered into an input field. How do I accomplish this.
Thanks!
]]>Hi there,
Do you have a template that includes animation of a circle around the numbers as the countdown is executed?
An example can be seen here:

Hello,
when I add custom css containing quotes, backslash is added before quote (after save), so html doesn’t work. E.g when I add:
.style-name {background-image:url("ANYIMAGEURLHERE");}
result is:
.style-name {background-image:url(\"ANYIMAGEURLHERE\");}
And every save adds next backslashes.

]]>I just purchased the Pro Version and am trying to test out one of the templates to see how it would look on the front end of the site. However, when I insert the shortcut code it says ‘not found’ when I try to preview it on the front end of the site. Please help.
]]>Hello, I’ve created 5 different counters to compare, entered shortcodes in separate text widgets, but only one (first) counter is shown on the page.
There’s “Not found” message displayed where other counters should be.
(I can’t put link here, becouse it’s not on the live server).
Shortcodes for each look like:
[anc_6310_number_counter id="1"]
[anc_6310_number_counter id="2"]
and so on.
