After setting up everything including the content area in the settings the settings do nothing. What can I do?

The installation settings read:

“3. Finally, sign up at AnnotateIt and fill your Account ID and Auth Token details in the Plugin settings form.”

I’m using WP 3.4.1 and there is no settings form for the AnnotateIt Account ID or AuthToken in the Settings/Annotator panel. Just the “Content area” and “URL inclusion pattern selector”.

Obviously then, there’s only an error after activating the plugin –

Is it the WP 3.4.1. version or the fact that, as of today, AnnotateIt.Org is down?

Hi,
I can’t make it work properly : the notes don’t load and I get a ‘jQuery is not defined’ error with Firebug. I made very test possible, with no results. Any advice ? Here’s my site : https://paschal.cours.free.fr/
