Titan Anti-spam & Security plugin, version 7.3.8 (newest version available now) has a bug.
In the file anti-spam.php line 54 is:
‘plugin_title’ => __(‘Titan security’, ‘titan-security’)
This translation is called before calling load_plugin_textdomain(…).
The translation does nothing this way.
Please fix this and all similar errors.

We’ve been using Titan anti-spam for filtering spam comments for some time and it’s worked really well. Recently a few of our posts had many comments marked as spam. We mark them as not spam, but the plugin doesn’t seem to learn that they are false positives. How can we prevent this from happening in the future?

I am reporting a plugin conflict with Query Monitor plugin installed and activated alongside Titan Anti-spam & Security (free).
Our website recently started experiencing 502 Bad Gateway errors in numerous places, mostly in the admin backend for certain operations such as searching users, deleting posts and making certain updates. Many REST requests such as many JSON needed for editing posts in the blocks editor returned 502 errors as well.
We were able to reproduce the issue on a staging site where we switched to a default theme and disabled all plugins which removed the issue. After trial and error the two plugins were identified.
To confirm the conflict, only the two plugins were enabled. Even MU plugins were removed. If either of the plugins was disabled the issue went away.
To reproduce the issue the easiest and most straightforward action that will reproduce the issue is saving the permalink settings page.
Our host is WP Engine.

The plugin gives a red security alert: “The firewall is disabled.”
WHen trying to “Fix it” it goes to the Firewall settings page and it stated on top that the Firewall is diactivated, bit everything is sort of disabled, there is no way to activate anything.

]]>I keep getting a fatal error every time I try to log in to the Titan Anti-spam & Security 7.3.2 — I did purchase the premium version and ever since I have gotten those fatal errors. I have been able to get to other areas of the Titan Anti-Spam & Security plugin but not the most important area of the security. I have been talking with someone, but I don’t understand why access to my site’s admin panel is needed to fix this issue. I have contacted my hosting company as well and they looked into this for me and this is what part of their response was, “Titan Anti-spam & Security is 7.3.2 while Titan Anti-spam & Security Pro (Premium) is 1.4.3. ”
I purchased the premium version for added security and now it’s causing these issues. At this point, I just want my money back if I can’t get help me. This has been an issue since September 30, 2022 when I purchased the premium version.

I’ve been running ADA compliance scans across our websites using https://wave.webaim.org/ and there are currently 2 missing form label errors with the free version of this plugin (not sure about the paid version). Unfortunately these 2 errors show up on every single blog posts where comments are enabled – totaling over 1300+ errors.
The errors are for the following to lines of code:

I did a quick search and found a few topics similar to my situation, but nothing answered my issue.
I installed the free Titan plugin and then purchased the premium. I had them both activated, but for some reason, my site went blank, and I couldn’t access it at all.
I had to go into C-Panel and delete the plugins. I reinstalled them, and now I get the following error when trying to activate the premium version.
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
I also get the message:
“Titan security: Congratulations, you have activated a premium license! Please activate premium add-on to use pro features now. Activate premium add-on or cancel license.”
But clicking activate gives me the same fatal error message.

]]>I have a site which is using Beaver Builder Plugin and Anti-Spam by CleanTalk plugin. But when I update this plugin from 5.153.3 to 5.153.5, it’s conflicted with the BB plugin. BB plugin does not save any data and getting an error. When I disabled the Anti-Spam by CleanTalk plugin it was worked.
