When I go to the plugin’s settings, I leave the theme the same and I just want to change the page. When I pull up the dropdown of all the pages, only some of them are there. I must be doing something that causes about half of the pages not to be listed. I’ve tried even using existing pages and just clear it and the original page but then it will disappear. Also – how do you change the theme to one page and it not effect the entire site’s pages? Thx!

I use a child theme and I’ve made a child theme for mobile and selected it in your plugin. Am I wrong and just not understanding something, or can I not create a custom page-[ID].php template for a page that already has a custom file on the main/desktop theme? I can create a page file for a new page and that works fine, but the page which already has a custom file on desktop isn’t displaying – it show’s the content of the WP entry.

Hi,

to change the default Menu for Mobile you have to access the Admin Backend from a Mobile Device.
Then go to: Apparence -> Menu -> Manage Locations
And assign a choosen Main Menu.
Simple like that!

I wonder if anyone can help me.. I installed the “Any Mobile Theme Switcher” plugin and activated it. However, I found that even I deactivate the plugin, I can no longer restore to my original theme/layout. My home page in mobile version just completely stuck and won’t pick up any updates, including any new posts.
The only way to have my page display right and pick up updates is to add /?nocache=1 behind the web address. Blue Host has helped me to clean up server cache and plugin cache. Unfortunately none of the steps work. I also cleaned up my own browser cache numerous of times but the problem still remains.
The desktop version is working alright only mobile version is having issues.
If anyone knows how to fix the issue please let me know. I’m really desperate here.

I just installed a theme that adds a theme settings menu to the admin panel. And also it adds menu. But I can’t see them in admin page. That’s why the theme isn’t being showed as I want.

I’m getting this error filling up my debug log file. “Undefined index: HTTP_ACCEPT” from this plugin. I know I can suppress the debug log file but that doesn’t fix the problem. Any thoughts?

I like this plugin, it works fine for automatic switching if mobile device is connecting.
But I want to use the plugin in order to switch even the vistor is viewing from desktop because my mobile theme is also the high accessibility theme. I have a page “accessibility” with the shortcut [show_theme_switch_link]. Clicking this shortcut is switching the theme, but the opening page is my startpage, not the starting page “accessibility”.

Is there a possibility to return to starting page?

Settings

I go to “Settings” and “Any Mobile Theme Switcher,” the change the theme for “iPhone/iPod Touch” theme. I change the theme, save it, and then check my iPhone 6s (IOS X) and nothing changes.

The “desktop” version looks great, but my current mobile theme has very light font making it near-impossible to read against the white background.

Currently, my theme is “Spacious”.

Note, when I change the theme for iPad, it actually changes. Just now with my iPhone 6s.

Where am I going wrong here?

I can see that this plug-in is very good at making sites mobile ready, but one thing I am worried about is the extra work this plugin entails? Its seems you have to design an separate landing page for each OS? What other work would one normally have to do?

I just installed your plugin and it seems that everything works fine,the problem is that every time I am running the option offered by Google’s quick mobile-friendly test tool, shows me red bar with the text “Not mobile-friendly”. Hi. I’m having a problem with my css rules not loading in any browsers on my Android device. I have also installed User Agent Switcher add-on for Firefox and the css seems to be working there if I switch it to Android but no css is applying on an actual Android device. Any ideas whats wrong? Also, why is there text at the bottom of the page saying “Loading”? I’m developing a custom theme and this is not in my markup..

I’ve noticed the question earlier was marked resolved. However maybe something in later versions of the plugin or wordpress has broken child themes again.

It seems that only the files of the child theme runs but it doesn’t run the parent theme.

Please advise.
