something happened, and our clients are not able to book appointments.

On this link: https://gokartarena.hu/palya-foglalas you can see that if you click that “Foglalok” (means book), then our website is shown in mobile surface again instead of the mini calendar.

What happened, how can I fix it? It is really urget, please help me.

We migrated hosting providers and started installed the Appointzilla plug-in from scratch. When a user tries to perform a booking when they click on the button and the scheduling window comes up there is a 403 Forbidden error where the calendar should be. We have verified that we get the error when our security plug-ins are enabled or disabled. Please assist with this issue as it is disrupting our workflow, the error message is listed below. Thank you.

You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/plugins/appointment-calendar/calendar/calendar_form.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

we got a problem, it worked until now, but do not know what happened.

i use your calender and try it to maybe purchase it.
Two problems:

1. When i select a date in current month (so not the following) the date does not exsist.
I get date output: NaN-NaN-NaN
Any following month does work.

2. I cannot click on a date to make a reservation only click on the button. If i look on your page this does work (i tried also a twenty-theme…)

Please help me fix this issues.

Hi, your information says the plugin is only compatible to V4.9.10. Will you be testing the calendar for WordPress V5 compatibility and making it V5 compatible?

I’m trying to incorporate the shortcode on a wordpress page. The desktop version with [apcal] works fine on the page. But when I use the [apcal_mobile] shortcode, it does not work. I need help for my client please. This plugin should be able to easily swap out a desktop version for a mobile version that works. Please help.

Recently I facing an error after I update my WordPress version and the plugin.

When I click on Schedule Appointment on the page, it pop up a box with select the date and services.

But the calendar on the left showing 404 Error message.

And when I go to the page on my website, the calendar is ok, but my menu disappear…

on the bookings page I get an Internal Server Error when I add the code to the page – if I deactivate the plugin the page comes back.

first of all I would like to thank you for this plugin, it is a really useful tool for our gokart arena. Clients can easily book different lenght appointments to the track.

I would like to ask you that is it possible to change the AM & PM system to the other version of the time shown? For example 14:00 or 17:00.

In Hungary we use that way.

I bought the paid version of Appointment Calendar and want to submit a support request. The closest thing I see to that is the Appointzilla Forum. However, when I click New Topic, I get told to log in. When I try to log in there using my account credentials, I get a message saying that the login is invalid. If I try to register other credentials (sometimes necessary for forums), I see a form for buying the plugin (again).

Any suggestions?

I could not translate the plugin into Spanish. I have followed all the steps and the months continue to appear in English. I would appreciate urgent help.

My site uses only one service (ID=1). I see in appointment-calendar-shortcode.php where the selection code is. What code can I substitute for that code so that the service is identified as that one service?

Is there a way for a person (or an admin) making appointments to schedule repeating appointments? For instance, every Monday at 2pm.

The back-end appointment scheduler works fine, but the front-end scheduler shows a 403 error where the calendar for selecting a date should be.

I’m using Appointment Calendar version 2.9.4.

Any advice?

Of the 3 plugins I sent my client to look at yours was our last choice…..but quite often as I actually try plugins I find problems I can’t get past. Your plugin made it in. HOWEVER you have made a lot of really poor choices in this plugin which would prevent me from spending any money on it until they were fixed.

– Limit for reoccuring days off
– Service Description is Required
– Can’t delete default service
– Appointment Date is Europian style….this should be based on WordPress’ settings…..not on how YOU like it.
– Calendar’s first day should be wordpress default
– Duration Unit is Minutes only.
– I’m forced to enter a cost even though I have it set to not display.
– The bottom of your mini calendar in the booking popup gets cut off. 100% is a bad way to set height. 300px works great.
– BAD CSS overrides ALL form field settings!!! What are you thinking?!?!
– BAD CSS adds padding to html tag which fouls up whole site layout!!! Bottom line is get rid of bootstrap. If I wanted that junk in my theme I’d have put it there my self. At the very least put apcal at the beginning of all of the styles so they only effect your stuff.
– This plugin will be a spam nightmare. You need to do recaptcha or some kind of captcha…..offer it in the upgrade but offer it somewhere!

The bottom line…..I won’t recommend my client pay for the upgraded version with these problems. He’s better off paying for a couple of hours of my time to fix them if you won’t.

If I buy a pro version of this plugin, will I have a possibility to allow users to make an appointment by two people in the same service at the same time? Now only one person can do it.
