Hi, I would like to add custom fields with a checkbox (Rome, Civitavecchia, etc. ..) to request an appointment at the various company locations.
Can I somehow if by selecting Rome you get the request to an email from the Rome office ([email protected]) or if I select Civitavecchia ([email protected])?

When user booked two appointment the first he received two emails for each appointment but the second email arrives with only email word with no content could you please help ?

For a while, the backend has not allowed any appointments to be confirmed. The appointment time is cleared and set to unknown.
Now, the appointment page cannot be used.
I’ve disabled all other plugins to no effect.
Any advice on what’s going on?

I have trouble with the “appointments_gcal_sync” scheduled cron job not working at all. At the same time the same cron job forced to run manually does the job of syncing. Other crons seem to run flawlessly.
OR: how to setup the sync function for the real cron? Apparently running the wp-cron.php is not working for the sync.
Notice: either the manual run on Cronjob Scheduler, or Advanced Cron Manager works well, BUT using the WP Control (as suggested here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/gcal-synchronization-and-cron-job ) to force the cron manually seem to not trigger it properly (it doesnt sync, though the message of succesful run appears)
My settings, and what I already tried:
– credentials seem to be fine as adding events through page adds proper event in GCal;
– also manual importing by the button “Import and Update events from GCal” works fine;
– both ways sync is set;
– other crons work well, emails for reminders are sent;
– 2 calendars (my personal and the one for reservations), but the correct is set in the settings, and events appera in correct when done manually reservation, or the import.
Already tried the manual real cron on histing provider (ovh in Poland) for running wp-cron.php hourly, but it returns 0 in log, so it seems to run correct, but still not syncing….
Any suggestions?

The client doesn’t work on weekends, so those days are reserved. The issue seems to appear on months where the 1st day is on a week-end.

hi, i got another question. How can i determine the time of a service sepparately. because i can select the service but i have noticed that there aren’t a setting of the hour of the service. I’ve encountered a strange issue with booking times not displaying on months that begin on the weekend. The booking times do however appear when I set working hours for both Saturday and Sunday.
Unfortunately for our client, business hours are only Mon to Fri, so the issue will unfortunately persist if I set working hours to exclude Saturday and Sunday. I supply URL’s below of the issue mentioned above:

I’m not getting any new appointments through admin email. I’ve turned on “send confirmation email” in settings but nothing works. From above log information, my clients are not getting reminders either. I have the both the latest version of wordpress and appointments plugin.
Please tell me what is going wrong. I used to get email notifications from new appointments but now, not anymore.
Also, another issue I am facing is my clients cannot book an appointment through their mobile phone. As you can see the link I attached, it is only optimized for computers but not on the mobile phone, as soon as the timing options pops up to the right of the calendar, the timing options is not visible.

The frontend of my Appointments shows a busy/not available time slot that’s not in my Appointments dashboard under Active, Pending, or Reserved by GCal. How do I get this time slot to be available to a potential booker?
Also, is this plugin going to be updated any time soon? The WP repository says that this plugin is not compatible with my current WP install now.

Thank you for all your support.
When the payment is done the system is not sending the final confirmation to client. I have to go to active appointments and re send the confirmation manually by clicking “Save/Update” button. After clicking “Save/Update” button the confirmation is sent to the client normally. I don’t think is SMTP, plugins or the theme, because the email is sent when click on save/update.
I tried with auto confirmation ON and OFF and still not working.
This is what I get in my email inbox as soon the payment goes through
“Paypal confirmation arrived, but status could not be changed for some reason. Please check appointment with ID 112”
I checked the log and there is not a log for the email confirmation.
I have all my plugins updated and working with WP 5.0.3
Please let me know if there is a fix for this issues and once again Thank For Your support!

HI. I have 2 services. First have 30 mins, the second have 3 hours.
So for the first service is 12:30 -13:00, 13:00-13:30 and so on..For the second service the daily calendar is 12-15, 15-18, 18-21.
My problem is that I want the client to have the option for the second service to start the appointment at 13:00, not 12. Is any way to make the calendar from hour to hour, 12-13-14 etc, and no from 3 in 3, so that the client can select the interval that he wants?

]]>Hi, I should manage the appointments for lessons in this way, I do not know if it’s possible: I work from 9.00 to 12.30 and then from 19.00 to 20. The appointments are one hour each, but every time an appointment is made, that the next one must be available one and a quarter hours later. For example: the lesson lasts one hour, we book from 9.00 to 10.00 and the next lesson should be from 10.15 to 11.15, then the one after 11.30 to 12.30 etc. it’s possible?

]]>Appointments doesn’t look good on mobile. Days of the week are displayed vertically (Monday would look better as ‘M’ or ‘Mon’ on mobile, etc.); the appointment confirmation button text is much too long, pushing the button partially off the right side of the viewport (how can we shorten/edit the button text?); the confirmation pop-up is also too wide, part of it is cut off on right side of the page (shouldn’t require CSS tweaking by users).
