Before purchasing the PRO version, I wanted to know whether your plugin supports shortcodes. I need for instance to embed a shortcode in the currency table, that displays dynamic pricing (my site uses a dozen different currencies, and this shortcode shows the price in the currency picked by users). I tried to embed the shortcode in your pricing table, but instead of showing the currency in USD, or EUR, or GBP, etc, it shows only the shortcode.

The search input and button are hidden behind the image list. (see screenshot below)

I saw a ticket on this forum where a user asked to translate your table with WPML and you answered we have to clone the table.
That’s not an effective solution, it’s a too much time-consuming, especially if we have to modify/amend the table multiple times.
Please provide a solution to translate your tables with WPML editor

I tried several other Pricing Table plugins before finding ARPrice from a review. Some were very difficult to use, others never responded to requests for assistance.
I found it much easier to use and was able to easily create the pricing table I wanted!
I now have a problem. I am using Snappy Checkout for billing. The URL for each of the the three options is in this format:

I put each of the three Snappy Checkout links I have for this site in the Button Link field. When I click on it, nothing happens!
Any ideas on how to get the Snappy Checkout Order Form to open?

How does this work exactly? I’m a WPML user and I’ve been struggling to translate my tables. I’ve gone to WPML > String Translation, made the ARPRICE strings translatable, but then all I get is a super long string with the translatable text mixed with what appears to be the table source code.
Please please tell me this is not how translation is done!

I used the ‘custom colors’ option. Later, I decided to try one of the built in color themes from the color drop-down. Didn’t like it, so I changed back to custom colors but that longer works. I see the right colors in the editor but when I preview or put the table on a page, the colors are wrong.

I had a question. I have tried all pricing table plugins on the market but this one just looks and feels the best. The only issue, its not working when I embed the HTML code.
It glitches out and I have tried deactivating all plugins one by one and that didn’t fix it either. I tried making a new pricing table what also didn’t work and I reactivated the plugin also without result.
I really love the plugin so I am hoping that you guys can come up with an fix.

I’m just getting started with this Free plugin (after many frustrating attempts at other table plugins) and I’ve already stumbled upon 2 annoying issues:
1 – I uploaded images to the header of the columns. However, instead of these showing, I get the shortcode instead. Shortcode starts with:
[arp_header_image id=
But, in one of the templates where the images are showing the shortcode starts with:
[arplite_header_image id=
So, after replacing the shortcode in my custom table with ‘[arplite_header_image id=’ images are showing…
This shouldn’t really be happening, right?… Why are images just not showing as expected?
2 – Regardless of the free template I choose, I always get the same… I uninstalled the plugin. Installed again. I always get the same template….

I am using ARPrice for my website, but I can’t do backup anymore. The backup fails when it expect to threat the table wp_arp_arprice_options_backup_v3.5
SQL is doing => SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_arp_arprice_options_backup_v3.5
So it can’t get the table and save it.
Do you know how to fix it ?

The pricing table is not responsive, i have set the column options on enable responsive columns, both on 1. On my phone i only see 1 column but it’s not centered, and the rest is gone. Even the toggle price is to long, and going out of the page.

]]>Hi, i try to use your Plugin and it looks great. Now when i would use the “Monthly/Yearly” Switch it doesn`t work.
In the Google Chrome Console is see that the jquery is a problem. For speed stuff i deactivate on all page the jquery with some special rules for some different sites. On this sites i run jQuery from Google:
