How do you register for WordPress Article Directories? I tried to it kept coming back to this site for a login, what do I have to do. But there was no registration form on this site. Can anyone help please.

I have taken this plugin and rejigged it to work with newer versions of WordPress. It’s tested up to WordPress 3.9.
It’s called Article Directory Redux:

Important: Install and activate this first. Then deactivate the other one – or you’ll lose your settings.
It’s practically exactly the same as this one except:
– fixes for WordPress 3.9 new DB calls
– fixes for time MCE editor display in author pages
– doesn’t delete options when you deactivate
– refactored into unique PHP Class so there’s less clashing.
I can do more to this, I’ll just need your feedback.

I’ve had the Article Directory running for a while but I’m getting flooded with spammy crap and would like to introduce a Captcha on the article submission page.
I’m using Solve Media’s plugin for registration and comments but that doesn’t have options for inclusion on a form.
Anyone have any ideas of how to get a captcha running on the submission page (author panel)?

I am trying to allow my authors to edit their articles after they post them to my site. When you login as an author and go to one of your articles there is an “edit” button, but it doesnt allow them to edit their submitted article.
Does the “Show Text Editor” problem, remove the ability to edit posts?

I know you need to have it set to “NO” in order to see the Submission page in full, but is there a way to allow authors to edit? Some sort of workaround? Thanks!

1: I have placed google ad in single.php but the text does not wrap to the right side of the ad; the text starts at the very bottom of the ad, can someone explain to me how to wrap the text from the top?

after updating to 3.04 i get this error:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page
if i try to log in as Author. I can log in as Admin. It is no db Issue i checked that. Even if i add a new user (my new user get the role of subscriber) the same happens.
If i deactivate the Article Directory Plugin i can login as Author and Subscriber again.
I use your Plugin for a long time and never run in problems. The only special thing is tha i use WordPressMU.

The install instructions are also quite vague, and it is impossible to leave a comment on the plugin author’s website.
