Hello,
I’m trying to use this plugin on a multi site install and the search results are pulling the site name and not my main site name to search, so the search results have very minimal hits to my site. Any suggestions? Can this be changed?
Thanks
]]>On this live production site, https://drmiller.com/404
The 404 not found results are not showing. All we see is the shortcode on the page.
I have added your suggested lines of code to .htaccess
I am using the 404 template in the plugin folder.
What am I missing? This used to work fine.
Thanks,

]]>Hi askapache
I’ve just disabled then re-enabled your plugin, and it seemed to lose the customised code from the HTML Editor tab.
Just a headsup. I’m running the latest WP and your plugin.
Thanks, and keep up the good work. ??
]]>On my 404 pages, the sidebar is appearing below the content. Here’s an example:

Anyone know why this is happening and how I might fix it?

]]>The link you link to for getting an API key says:
Sign-up for an API Key
The Google Loader no longer requires keys. You don’t need to make any changes if you’re already using one, but if you choose you may simply remove the key parameter from your requests. Remember that some API calls still require proper identification through HTTP referer as per the documentation and Terms of Service.
Note that some APIs use other keys (e.g., from the Google APIs Console) which are unaffected by this change.

You can see it “in action” at https://zona.ro
I’d rather see it resolved by plugin update than fixing it myself and getting pissed when it’s overwritten by an update without the fix ??

]]>First, I LOVE this plugin and have been using it for a long, long time.
Just upgraded and it broke the plugin. On the CSS, HTML, and JS screens all I get is an “f”. Just a single character in the box. If I click on restore defaults it does nothing. However if I DELETE the “f” and click on restore defaults then it puts the default CSS, HTML, and JS info back in. When I click on the save button however none of the CSS, HTML, or JS contents are saved but the other selections on the other screens are saved.
On the display screen for the error message all I see if “c.” Nothing else shows up.
HELP! Deactivated for now.
Otherwise, where can I find the previous version. It was working great for me and I had no complaints with it!

]]>Hello,
it would be nice if you allow to rewrite the header of “related posts” etc so we can translate this great plugin!!
Thanks for the good job!

]]>I’m not certain if I’m getting this across correctly.
It appears that this plugin does not use “sidebar.php” from custom themes properly.
My theme (weavertheme.com) Weaver II Theme causes an error when using the plugin. The error disappears when I remove the file sidebar.php from the themes’ directory.
The theme weaver, doesn’t use sidebar.php, rather it uses it’s own custom sidebar.php.
Is there a better way to code the plugin so that it uses the current theme’s sidebar.php file instead?
If you need more info, let me know what…

]]>Hello there. First I want to say thank you for this great plugin.
Now, I have just a little issue (if I can call it like that) and is that I can’t change the title that appears on the web browser. Maybe is a silly question XD, but I really don’t know how to do it, because I want to change it like: “Página no encontrada” in spanish.
Here is a screenshot: https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/_Vz8LFeN3Gqo/TbuHR6dr9oI/AAAAAAAAAUE/APeWlqcZJBA/Vida-e404%20Not%20Found%20-%20Mozilla%20Firefox_013.png
Thanks.

I don’t get it… why my sidebar flew from the left to the right.
How do I fix this?
If you visit the homepage, sidebar is on the left side.
Anyone have solution?
]]>After updating the plugin to version 4.8.2 I get the following error message.
“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare set_current_screen() (previously declared in /wp-content/plugins/askapache-google-404/askapache-google-404.php:63) in /wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 3952”
After manually removing the plugin and trying a new re-install I get the same error.
Please could you look into this. Thanks for a great plugin.
]]>Overall I have LOVED this plugin, it is an EXCELLENT addition to my site and I can’t live without it! So, I have to report the error I am getting and hope you can resolve it quickly.
I can NOT save any of the options. I have had to manually change one of the options inside the database directly to activiate it. I have deleted and reinstalled (including eliminating the wp-options entries). I recreated the entries with the new installed version. Etc., etc., etc. Lots of troubleshooting.

The error I am getting is related to the codepress plugin. However it appears that it has trouble loading anything very far after the codepress failure. No ability to save ANY setting from the interface.
