I have used the Ask me plugin on my site at https://shobhaponnappa.com/ask-me/
I want to remove the heavy black horizontal bars that are appearing on the page. I think this is because each entry of the Ask Me plugin is treated as a page, and my theme has these horizontal bars at the top and bottom of each page and post. I want to remove these black heavy bars only for this plugin.
Also I want to change the look of the Ask me button exactly as it is on your page at https://de.kilo-moana.com/ask-me-wordpress-plugin/.
I also want the Advanced Options to be always visible (not by pressing button), so that an email always goes to the questioner when the answer is posted.
Can you please help me customize?

Greatly appreciate the AskMe plug-in. I love its simplicity in providing a user friendly help desk on my site.
Please consider the following requests.
1. To only display questions asked, until user clicks +/- on desired question to view/hide answer.
2. Provide a filter for questions & answers according to AskMe tags/date.
Looking forward to new ideas you may be implementing in the plugin.

And some function suggest in the future:
1. Admin option for plugin.
2. Option remove all Question or keep when admin delete plugin.
3. Config email template send to user
4. Ajax for Sudmit quest. When i press F5 question postback again. Maybe, my Askme Captcha don’t active.

I added the Ask Me plugin to my website and it was working fine until I updated the recent version. Now the Ask Me menu in my dashboard is missing and I can’t see or respond to any questions — even though the Ask Me question box correctly displays on my page. How can I restore the dashboard menu option or can I revert to the older version of the plugin?
