I’ve been using Atarim since it was WP Feedback, and while it initially saved me time, during the past year or more, the latest version has become incredibly frustrating. When working on the dev side of the website, trying to view a client’s comment in its original context is a hassle. Clicking on the comment turns on the entire Commenting feature, and every subsequent click creates a new comment, which is disruptive. I don’t like the user interface at all on the front-end.
I have a lifetime license, but I now dread updating it. It’s no longer a tool I look forward to using.
The only reason I haven’t abandoned it entirely is thanks to Pete Dungrani’s support (five stars for Pete’s support). He’s patient, professional, and always provides excellent help. If it weren’t for him, I would have given up on this plugin months ago.

Great product if it worked reliably. When it does work, it is a wonderful tool. I signed up early for this software with a lifetime licence and have persevered with it on and off for several years.
Extremely buggy, and it seems that whenever we give it another chance it stops working and causes immense frustration for our clients and us. Simply hasn’t lived up to the hype and expectation.
Perhaps it works well in a very controlled environment with specific themes and plugins, but from our experience it’s been an epic failure.
Give it one star because the support try their best.

Atarim (Pete Dungrani) saved my new website design! My logo colors and theme changed right before my final comments meeting. It was July 4th holiday weekend. I had to redo my many comments. Pete walked me through it. We got it done and I love my new website! Thank you Atarim for making it easy.

The most disgusting thing is that all the praise was done almost within a couple of days. All users are false.
The plugin itself is free, but you can’t do anything with it until you buy the paid plan.

I’ve used this plugin with 3 clients now and they love being able to comment on the website. It makes it so much easier. I just finished a website with 26 pages, and we had 118 comments that we both had to work through. So, much easier than email. Also, support is great. I had an issue and it was resolved by support.

I’ve been trying the plugin on several client sites and am really appreciating the ease of use. It’s not just easy for me, but my clients haven’t need any direction from me on what to do. I’ve tried changing the review process a number of times and didn’t find anything that worked consistently and for both sides of the review process. I’m absolutely working this into my workflow permanently.

forget the frustration of listening to a client trying to describe the change they need doing on their website. Get this tool and let them show you what they want and exactly where they want it. It really makes life so much simpler that a whole email chain back and forth and numerous revisions.
Oh and clients love it too, just might need a quick handhold the first time for the really hard of thinking.

Time and time again we’d get confused with emails and texts, and who was dealing with which task, let alone had we allocated or acknowledged it.
When you’re in a team – then things can get really messy!
Atarim allows us to keep tasks, emails, and priority boards in one place. And the MOST fantastic thing is that clients can leave comments too, so that they can see what we’re doing (dealing with) and how hard we’re working!

I wish I’d found this long long ago because it makes getting page content or changes from the client a breeze. For review and collaboration – it is very easy to understand and my client does not need to register. Just start as a Guest, setup a name and start collaborating on the project.

We have been using Atarim for almost a year. The bar at the bottom of the screen for clients makes it easier for clients to request website changes. The bar is branded with our logo and we gave the bar a catchy name. Atarim also checks email.

I’ve had this tool for a while now and after building a site, it’s very useful to let the client mark up their change requests instead of emailing me a million one-off suggestions. I can just tell them to browse the site and add tasks for every page and then I can go hit them all at once. It’s much more efficient. And now in more recent times Atarim can be used from the web only (without plugin), and the MainWP integration too, it’s getting better and better!

We have been with Atarim since the beginning and every day we seem to learn of another advantage we had overlooked and say “WOW!” yet again! You hear about other companies touting “ease of use”, “time-saving”, “no learning curve”, “retain more clients”, and “one-stop hub” and when you get to the program it’s any but the shouted benefits promised.
That is just the opposite here, with training videos and walk-through guides your pet could understand, (well maybe not any pet like a rooster or gerbil, let’s say a dog and up) you will see all communications in one place, they are able to log in to their website, go to any point on the website and by a simple click have a pop up appear, strategic only to that spot, enter in any comment, upload a picture to be used in that spot, and so much more.
That sends an alert to your inbox but all communication for that is stored in your Dashboard at Atarim per client and with the urgency of the request, it also goes to the person assigned that particular task, so you also get to watch the efficiency of that task being done. No searching for strings of emails scattered all over the universe. It’s all in Atarim. I can’t give it enough props. So I suggest watching the video on the site that shows all of this and more. Take a free spin with them.

Ive used this plugin on-and-off with clients ever since they were called “WPFeedback Pro”. Atarim is a good tool to work with clients to get their input into the final design and other issues. Most clients need a bit of training to get used to the way to mark up, but they have improved with a tutorial once they log in for the first time. This is a great tool for visually working together with a client, this wont fix client responsive issues but at least you will know their thoughts on the design / usability of your website project. Highly recommend. Glad to see they have a free version now.

Atarim is so easy to use that clients actually enjoy it. It saves time on all steps and whole communication with client is really straightforward and actually enjoyable. It makes working with clients and their projects so much easier. No more back and forth emails. Very simple to track feedback from clients and manage internal tasks. Makes it much easier to work with clients as they are able to see the website come together visually, and helps them provide better content and feedback.
