Hey guys,
One of the things we just noticed is that once we’re in WP ADMIN > SETTINGS > AURORA HEATMAP > then hover over a page and click the box with the arrow > the window that opens is a smaller window than the normal browser window size.
If we were to base our decisions for UX, UI, and CTA changes on this smaller pop-up window we may be making the wrong decisions.
If we open that smaller browser window to a normal size, the heatmap results show an entirely different story as to where people are clicking on that page.
How do we know what size window to base our decisions on?

]]>Installed the plugin a few days ago setting all are on plugin default on a site that has many daily visitors. Not seeing any data at all in the wp admin > settings > Aurora Heatmap stats.
I’m not running any cache. It’s a very fast web hosting server with more than enough resources available.
What am I missing? Is there a setting I overlooked to get it to start recording user input?

We installed this plugin sometime at the end of may of the begin of june and it collected data. We use WP Fastest cache (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-fastest-cache/).
Now we have discovered that it does not any longer. We have automatic update on many things, incl. WP itself, so I am not sure which updates have got installed onto the site, but certainly at least WP 6.0.1, i.e. the currently newest core.
Does this plugin work with WP 6.0.1? with WP Fastect cache 1.0.4 (the newest and yes, I have reset the cache a couple of times)? Yes, I have waited several days for data to appear.
Pointers to solution appreciated.

Is it intentional or a bug that the heatmaps are unable to properly show how users interact with dynamic elements like carousels, accordions, menus, etc. on my site?
When I look at a heatmap it shows me a static version of the page and I can just scroll up and down to see what clicks happened on visible elements. I cannot however interact for example with a carousel to see how many clicks happened on the last slide in the carousel which isn’t visible on page load (i.e. requires navigating to). And I cannot expand an accordion to see how people interact with the content inside that accordion.
Is that a limitation or some sort of issue with my site?

I found the thread about data-cfasync and applied the code to our functions.php. Since that thread is over a year old I just wanted to make sure. Are there any other changes needed?
We do not use any caching plugins other than cloudflare.

It looks like they’re being caused by l.341 of class-aurora-heatmap-basic.php:

As far as I’m aware, wpdb::query only takes 1 argument, but it looks like this line is trying to pass 3. Is that the intention?

It would be good if there was a short code to include the javascript needed. I have a couple of pages that don’t conform to “wordpress” standards for speed of page loading. However, adding the javascript manually is tedious, and breaks as updates happen.
