I have been using the plugin since long time. Recently after I updated the woocommerce plugin, credit card icons on the checkout page are broken. I have checked the code and it appears that icons extensions are hard coded with the .png extension. But now woocommerce uses svg icons.

There is a box and they can leave it unchecked. How do we make this required? When I look on the subscription details it is set to credit card renewal and their auth.net info is there, but on their my account under payments there is no saved credit cards. Will the payments still go through automatically with the auth.net fields? We need a way to continue their billing.

i have the plugin working fine but when i cancel an unsettled woocommerce order the plugin does not seem to send a void request to authorize.net. Is there a step i am missing? Or can you not void an unsettled transaction with this plugin?
]]>We are having an issue where existing customers with payment methods stored in Authorize.net are unable to update their billing address from the checkout page of our woocommerce shop.
They currently go to the checkout, select their saved payment method, and then update the billing address to their new address. The card then declines because the new address entered in the billing address field does not get sent to authorize.net. We then log into our authorize.net account and manually update the customer’s address and the order processes without issue.
Is there a way the customer can update their billing address from their WooCommerce account?
Please advise and thank you!

]]>Dear Support,
We’ve just attempted to switch PHP v7.4.33 to PHP v8.2.11 and unfortunately we’ve got the following error:
Deprecated: Return type of SkyVerge\WooCommerce\PluginFramework\v5_10_8\SV_WC_DateTime::getTimestamp() should either be compatible with DateTime::getTimestamp(): int, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used to temporarily suppress the notice in /domain.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-authorize-net-cim/vendor/skyverge/wc-plugin-framework/woocommerce/compatibility/class-sv-wc-datetime.php on line 85
Are you aware of these issues?
Would you please release a plugin version compatible with PHP v8.2.x?
Many thanks,
Mihai Bocsaru
My site sells membership that come with two week free trials as long as the user enters their credit card information up front.
The plugin is adding the user and credit card to the CIM on sign-up, but not validating the credit card until the transaction occurs at the end of the trial.
That means users are now able to use fake credit card numbers to get free trials.
According to Authorize.net support, we need to enable “Validate Customer Profile” in order to validate the credit card as soon as they receive it if there is no associated transaction.
Is it possible validate credit cards for a free trial with this plugin?

]]>I am trying to find a solution that I can use with our call center IVR, we are getting orders sent to us in a xml/json or even a csv for that matter with AUTH codes from our processor ( authorize.net) .
This is the flow:
Order taken via IVR/phone/etc – they aquire a full value AUTH code (but do NOT batch out) they send us the file with all order info, and Auth Code.
So, I am looking for a plugin that I can just import that file, and then have the orders imported and the auth codes etc sent to Auth.net for batching out. (is this possible ?) to set the orders to processing etc… ??
in short words, I need to import the orders and close out the batch. Right now, its a 2 step process …. upload auth file to auth.net to close out batch, then take the order file, and upload to our fulfillment site, and then process the order.

Some customers will try to use their Discover card anyway which returns this error message after they submit it: “Payment errors: The configuration with processor is invalid. ]]>Hey there,
We are migrating from Magento2 to Woocommerce and use Authorize.net as our gateway. We have many customers with saved cards and we’d like to be able to migrate the customers onto WP and then connect them with their corresponding account in authorize.net. How can we go about doing this? Any help would be great!
Thanks,
Dan
We recently launched a refreshed Woo, and we’ve noticed that we are getting an error when a remote staff member (in another state) is trying to process orders on behalf of customers on the site. The error is vague and says “An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.”
Our payment processing is through Authorize.net, and I’ve called Authorize.net and they’ve had no insight to what this issue is. In fact, the attempted payments don’t even seem to be hitting their side of things.
When I try the exact same purchase (user, billing, shipping, credit card, product) on my end, the payment goes through perfectly.
I can also count one other customer who had this issue, and I was able to run her card fine. She is local to our state.
I have no idea what to do – any insight?

Re-generated transaction keys from Authorize.net, un-checked “save credit card info” setting, got a green check on the Remote Post in Woocommerce Status, tried 3 different credit cards, all valid and getting “Payment errors: This transaction has been declined.”
When I look in the WC > Orders section, it says “Pending Payment” under status and there’s a button with 3 dots under Actions that says “Processing” when I hover over it.
Checked with Authorize.net and they say the transaction comes through on their end.
Gateway Timeout: Anyone experiencing this issue?
