The plugin is not compatible with WP 4.5.1 and conflicting with other plugins as well like WP super cache.

This plugin stop other cache plugin to work on wordpress, hence I am removing this plugin.

It is better if you update this plugin with all compatibility and languages.

Hi everybody,
the plug-in does’t work.
The website is still working,but there’s the following error in every page:

Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: NO)

I did check in error_log and I got this message:

[02-Nov-2015 17:28:38 UTC] PHP Warning: mysql_query(): Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: NO) in /home/wntrdzpl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/author-advertising-pro/author-advertising-pro.php on line 787

So I checked in author-advertising-pro.php and I got:

787 – $result = mysql_query($sql) or die(mysql_error());
I really don’t know how to solve the problem.

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

How can I make the middle ad show on EVERY post?

Is there some sort of minimum number of words on a post to make the middle ad show? It seems like as long as my post are over 500 words, the ad shows, but under that it doesn’t.

That is what I initially thought, but then I have seen post with only a say 300 words have the middle ad show.

Anyway, I can’t seem to figure out how to get the middle ad to show on every post. Please help.

Author Advertising Pro crash on activation

The plugin crashes my site on activation, completely. A printout from the errorcode is not possible, it is that big.
It is only possible to access my site again after deleting the plugin folder from my site.
I tried a complete fesh install of wordpress with only the plugin installed. Same result. Crash after activation.

I am using WordPress 3.3.1 with author advertising pro 5.0.9.

What could be the problem?

I have wordpress 3.3.1 with multisites enabled and working with two blogs – the main and one sub blog.

It works fine on main blog but on secondary blog it does not work on the blog page or other pages. Works fine on single post page and category page.

At first I thought it was because my the blog on the second site is the home page but I checked on the main site (because I currently have a static page as home on main) and it worked fine there as the blog posts as home.

All my settings are exactly the same on each blog as far as the author advertising setup goes. You can see the place holders where they should be but no ads where ads are working fine elsewhere.
