Shows file size limit text in footer of admin

I noticed that when I installed this plugin it added the following text into the footer of all admin pages:

Maximum upload file size: 8MB.

Which if you view the source is in the footer area as:

Maximum upload file size: 8MB.

How can i use this plugin for front end upload?

i need to add the profile pic upload in the front end edit profile page. how can i use this plugin effectively for that purpose?
