There is a heading, but not title.
The “heading” doesn’t adhere to the themes “widget title” aesthetic. Please add one. ??
I also noticed that the font family is hard coded and also doesn’t follow the wordpress theme, ao it looks out of place.
]]>I can think of a lot of ways I could use this plugin to display progress on projects before release, but as it is currently written, you are forcing one to choose between “words” or “pages” only.
I’d like to just have a box for me to type in my own unit name, instead, so that I can use things like “lines” “features” “chapters” “recipes” or “images”…or anything else I can think of to use as a unit of measure to base the progress upon.
For example, I could make a teaser post for an art image collection I am working on, display 1 image from the collection, and show a progress bar with the total finished and target. Or a software project where it is measured in total features, and I can update it with the number of how many have already been completed.
This would make your plug-in so much more useful to a wider audience, and not just restricted to being used by writers.
]]>In the example screenshot, there are two progress bars displayed under one heading “My WIPS”. I can’t figure out how to do this, and it’s not in the setup video. I’ve tried simply adding a second copy of the widget, but even if I leave the “heading” section blank, it displays the second blank header in a new section, instead of showing the two progress bars together as in the screenshot. Maybe this is a theme-related limitation? Just thought I’d ask. Otherwise I love the plugin and it’s working great.
]]>I just installed it, and it’s pretty snazzy! Thanks!
I could only figure out how to put it in a sidebar, which appears on many pages of my site. If possible, I would prefer to place it in the text area on my front page. Is that doable? Also, is there a way I can control the font in the header? It’s bigger than I would like.
Thanks again.
]]>Hi There,
I love the look of your progress bar.
I’m wondering if
1. the % complete cold be removed?
2. The word or pages could be removed or something else added like donors (then I can use it for a fundraising campaign as it looks much better than all the other ones I’ve found).
3. can I change the size & font of the text underneath (or remove the text all together)
4. Can it take up all of the width of the available space? Rather than resizing small than the column space it’s in?
Thanks for making such a great looking progress bar.
]]>I am running the Author theme and when I set up the widget to run in the sidebar this message comes up on my blog. The widget seems to run fine, the book cover is there, the bar is there, the link even works fine. It just has that text string before.
]]>Hello, Great plug in, exactly what I needed.
However, when I activate the plug in it throws and error in a few places:

I can still use it – but would be great if the error codes were fixed.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Miranda
